Request addressed to the Secretary of State in the Offices of the Interior, Justice and
Decentralization;

2. Stamps required by law that must be attached to the application, for each of the hiring
applicants of Lps.100.00;

3. Enter in the application a contact address and telephone number of the place where the
immigrant will reside;

4. Power of Attorney letter authenticated by a Notary Public expressing the general powers of the
legal representative, the powers with which he is invested, his address and telephone, fax or email
number electronic, in his case;

5. The applicant and each of his relatives must present a recent photograph of 6 centimeters high
by 5 centimeters wide taken from the front, recording on the back the name of each of them as
appropriate;

6. Original certification of migratory movement, issued by the National Institute of Migration


HONDURAS;

7. Original entry application authorized by a Honduran Consul, duly authenticated and legalized. In
the event that the foreigner is in Honduras, the submission of the application for admission;

8. Certificate or proof of criminal record from the country of origin duly legalized/apostilled and
authorized in a foreign language officially translated into the language Spanish by the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs or in the consulates of Honduras;

9. Original certification or proof of not having a criminal record, issued by the Court Supreme Court
of Justice;

10. Original certification or proof of not having complaints or police records, issued by the DPI
Police Investigation Directorate;

11. Medical Certification issued by a Medical Professional issued on paper from the Medical
College of Honduras, extended within six months prior to submission of the application;

12. Photocopy of the passport, duly authenticated and countersigned by a Notary Public; (we can
do this in the office)

13. Any other information or document required by the Secretary of State in the Offices of the
Interior and Justice for the most accurate decision on the matter; and,

14. Prove a fee of $300.00 established in Art. 126 of the Migration Law Regulations and

Foreigner.

15. Certificate of the Institution from which you receive the permanent and stable pension
generated or coming from abroad, not less than $1,500.00 or its equivalent in national currency
legalized or apostilled as the case may be. Proving that said pension will be received in an
Institution of the Honduran Financial System.
ALL DOCUMENTS COMING FROM ABROAD MUST BE SUBMITTED PROPERLY
LEGALIZED/APOSTILLED AND THOSE AUTHORIZED IN LANGUAGE FOREIGN TRANSLATED OFFICIALLY
BY THE SECRETARIAT OF RELATIONS FOREIGN OR IN THE CONSULATES OF HONDURAS.
