    29 Capricornus 0007 (31 December 2022)

    On the Election to the Second Parliament of Asgardia

    As per Article 48 of the Constitution of Asgardia and the Act on Acts of Asgardia, by this
    Decree, I hereby announce the election to the Second Parliament of Asgardia.

    The election shall be conducted according to the Statute on the Election issued by the
    Central Electoral Commission (CEC), which is an Appendix to the present Decree.

    Nominations for the Parliament of Asgardia will be open on the Asgardia website on 04
    Aries 0007 - 09 Gemini 0007 (01 March 2023 - 1 May 2023).

    Voting to elect Members of Parliament will take place on 18 Gemini 0007 - 23 Gemini
    0007 (10 May 2023 - 15 May 2023).

    Voting results will be counted and published by the CEC on 28 Gemini 0007 (20 May
    2023).
