Asia Youth International MUN Virtual Conference and his/her participation has been
confirmed and is ready for accountability.
We are proud to inform you that you have been selected as a participant of the Asia Youth
International Model United Nations Virtual Conference, 12 - 14 November 2021.
We are pleased to accept and invite you with detailed contact as follows:
Here are some important things that the participant should know:
1. All selected participants must join both the Opening and Closing Ceremony.
2. The committee will also conduct a MUN 101 session on the first day of the committee
session.
3. During the committee session, all participants must wear formal attire.

Registration Mechanism
1. All registrations are accepted based on motivation letter and experience and the
result will be announced within 3 x 24 working hours.
2. Council & Country will be allocated in 3x24 hours after we have received the
payment.
3. Council & Country allocated based on the availability with a First Come First Served
Basis, delegates preferences, experiences, and then motivation letter.
Payment
1. All fees are non-refundable*
2. The provision of payment will be informed in the letter of commitment that will be
provided by the committee.

Code of Conduct
1. Registrants hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information
submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrants understand that falsification of any
information provided will disqualify him or her from participation in Asia Youth
International MUN and future Asia Youth International MUN activities and falsification
of information or impersonation may result in legal actions.
2. Participants agree that all materials produced for this conference will be original
work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated at Asia Youth International MUN and should the
Asia Youth International MUN Committee discover instances of plagiarism, the
individual will be disqualified from the conference without a refund
3. The organizer is committed to providing an environment that is free of harassment.
We’ll be warning the harasser to cease his or her behavior, or ending the talk early if
she/he uses inappropriate language or images, or requiring a harasser to leave the
convention immediately, or banning a harasser from future events or for a certain
time period. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed,
or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference committee.
4. Delegates have to act kindly and courteously towards other delegates, without
violating the personal boundaries of others (i.e: racism, discrimination, hate speech,
false information, and verbal sexual harassment).
5. Asia Youth International MUN does not tolerate any violations that were mentioned
above. The penalization of the violations will result in being exempted from the
conference and prohibited to join in the future.
6. Participants agree to accept and abide by this Code of Conduct.
