Points to note before use:
• Clean the product before the first use.
• This product is suitable for commercial use.
• If the noodle cutter needs to be used continuously, poke out the dough inside the mold
head with the mold head cleaning tool after each use.
For easy cleaning, do not put the knife containing the dough directly into the water to
soak.
• Before cleaning or removing the product, be sure to unplug the power cord and cut off
the power supply.
• Do not put any parts of this product into the sink for cleaning.
• Please place the machine in a dry and ventilated place after use.

III.Production structure and steps of all-in-one ramen noodle
making machine
Firstly, flour mixing
The structure like hand stirring the dough will not harm gluten. Firstly, use a mixer to mix the
raw materials such as (wheat flour, salt), etc. The main series of mixers is constructed like
human fingers, making the same mixing action, which can mix and stir quickly and evenly
without hurting gluten.
The secret of protein: this is the way to make noodles delicious! The main component of
protein in good flour is gluten. A common misconception is that the more gluten in flour, the
better the taste. This is wrong because the noodles will harden and taste bad if the gluten content
in the flour exceeds a certain level. The structure itself is like a reinforced concrete steel frame if
the gluten structure inside the flour is kneaded with our stirring technology, its texture is suitable
for any type of ramen soup.
Note: The red button is an emergency stop. Press the control device to stop operation
immediately, and the other buttons are operated according to the prompts.
This article refers to the existing various noodle machines! A fully automatic noodle machine is
designed.
The automatic noodle making machine is mainly composed of a power device, a noodle mixing
device, a noodle extruding device, a noodle forming device and a box body.
Hand mixing Hand mixing: Press this key in the standby state to enter the
4-minute countdown stirring state. When the countdown is
completed, it will stop working and enter the standby state.
Manual making noodle Manual making noodle: press the button in standby state to
enter the 12-minute countdown noodle working state. When
the countdown is completed, it will stop working and enter
the standby state.
Add time button Add time button: Press this button in the standby state of
manual stirring or manual operation to make noodles. Each
time you press this button, the time will increase by 10
seconds. Press and hold to continuously increase the time,
and the maximum time can be adjusted to 20 minutes.
Time reduction button Time reduction button: Press this button in the standby state
of manual stirring or manual noodle making. Each time it is
pressed, the time is reduced by 10 seconds. Long press can
automatically reduce the time continuously, and the shortest
time can be adjusted to 10 seconds.
Fully automatic button Fully automatic button: press this button in standby state, the
digital tube displays 16:00, the digital tube starts to work
after flashing for 5 seconds and displays the countdown. The
mixing time is about 4 minutes and the noodle making time
is about 12 minutes.
Stop Stop: Press the stop button in the working state to stop
working and enter the standby state.
Tips: During the process of stirring or making noodles, if you
press the "Stop" button, the stirring bar will automatically
reverse for about 8 seconds, and then stop working.

Egg mixture must be mixed well with water before use. Pour the egg and water
mixture slowly into the mixing container. Add 3~5g salt to the water cup to make
the noodles stronger, and add 3~5ml cooking oil to make the noodles smoother.
Choose strong flour to ensure good results. Please use the recommended amount of
water. The effect of noodle making will be slightly different due to the difference of
flour moisture content and weighing, and the amount of water can be adjusted
according to the actual effect.

VI.Instructions

during operation, the noodle machine has the automatic memory function of 10 seconds. If
the lid is closed or the power is switched on within 10 seconds, the noodles will continue
to operate according to the original function。
Prevent misoperation function:
During the operation of the noodle machine, other functional keys are invalid except the
"stop" key. If you need to switch the function, please press the "stop" key first and then
start the corresponding function。
Noted::
1. If the lid of the container is opened for more than 10 seconds or the power is suddenly
cut off during the stirring process, please press the "manual stirring" or "automatic" key
first after re-energizing, and the stirring work can be performed after the completion。
2. If THE lid OF the container is opened for more than 10 seconds or the power is
suddenly cut off, please press the "MANUAL button" first after the power is restored to
continue the work.

Notice:
1. When putting the pressed noodles back into the mixing container for making
noodles, cut the noodles into small pieces and put them into the mixing container,
otherwise the mixing stick may be damaged or the dough will not come out.
2. If the flour is too dry, it will enter the die, which will easily cause blockage and
cause it not to come out. At this time, please remove the die cover, take out the die,
and use a through-hole needle to clear the die hole.

VII.Cleaning and maintenance
When the noodle making work is completed, stop the machine, unplug the power supply, loosen
the lock nut, take out the bracket, and take out the die head for cleaning.
Two ways to clean: Wipe directly with a semi-damp cloth, no water needed. After the full-
noodle die head is left to dry, tap the hard board with your hands, and the blockage in the die
head will automatically fall off without dipping. Some times need to use a through-hole needle.
Detachable parts such as: stirring vessel, stirring rod, front panel, die head, die head cover, and
water measuring cup can be washed with clean water and can be used at any time after dry.
