About  the  scoring:    Judges  will  assign  a  number  to  each  candidate  based  o n  their  
performance  in  each  of  three  segments  of  the  competition.      
• Talent-­‐  40%  of  total  score.    Is  the  talent  selection  age  appropriate?    Does  the  child  
exhibit  appropriate  skill  level  in  chosen  talent?    What  performance  quality  is  
demonstrated?  
• Neatness  &  Poise-­‐  30%  of  total  score.    Does  the  child  w alk/stand  with  grace  and  
elegance?  
• Personality-­‐  20%  of  total  score.    Does  the  child  exhibit  charm,  friendliness  and  
enthusiasm?  
• Onstage  Questions-­‐10%  of  total  score.    Does  the  child  answer  questions  with  
clarity?
