FluCold Tea Bombs Are the Bomb!

Flu/cold tea bombs, prepared and frozen—


ready for hot water when you’re feeling under the weather. 2 whole lemons, peeled 2 big bunches of fresh
ginger 1 whole head of garlic 1 T. turmeric 1 T. black pepper 1 T. cinnamon 1 1/2 T. cayenne (or more if
you like spice!) 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 T. honey 3 cups hot water Blend all ingredients in
blender. Use cheese cloth or a fine mesh sieve/strainer to strain into a pouring pitcher. Pour 1/8 cup in a
muffin tin (silicone works great). Freeze until solid; pop out and place in labeled freezer bag. Use one per
