PARTICIPATION PROCESS
Step 1: Prescribed Application form can be obtained by sending request to :
awards.apexindia@gmail.com, mail@apexindiafoundation.com.
Step 2: Submit an application prepared on the basis of Award proforma with hard &
soft copy along with the Nomination fee.
Documents and information should be submitted in one set of hard copy and one soft
copy in CD/ Pen drive along with nomination fee to: APEX INDIA FOUNDATION, New
Delhi (India).
Evaluation of nominations for Apex India Awards is an intensive process. Nominations
are evaluated by experts from Government, Academia and Industry
Step 1 : Preliminary evaluation of nominations.
Step 2 : Mandatory Oral presentation by all nominee company/units in presence of
Jury Members constituted by Apex India Foundation.
Step 3: If Required, Site visit will be there. Site visit charges will be borne by the
selected company. This doestn’t includes any costs associated with travel,
accommodation, and any other related expenses.
Step 4 : Award Declaration.

Kindly Note:- Fee Includes Award Participation Fee, 1 Award Receiver Complimentary in Award Ceremony
