MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
Ideas developed by MR’s R&D team turn into products in four production facilities. We produce high-quality
machinery and plants using modern, environmentally friendly technologies in our factories, each of which is
equipped with the latest technology.

MR Engineers Unit - 1 FACTORY

This manufacturing facility was established on 1989 formerly MR Udyog in Jampali, Rajgangpur. It has a total
area of 14000 m², with a covered area of 9000 m². This facility is equipped with high technology machines such
as CNC Boring, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Drilling and Tapping machine. Mass production lines Crushing &
Screening Equipment are focused in this factory. Our factory was the first one to be built in this zone. In this
facility, we carry out high-quality mass production with a wide range of manufacturing equipment and a highly
qualified team of engineers.

MR Ferro - FACTORY
Our In-house Foundry was established on 2012 in the same Industry Zone with in the area of 10000 m². This
facility is equipped with 1 Ton & 2 Ton Induction Furnaces, This factory’s key advantage is its ability to process
single 3 ton casting equipped with high technology Sand Mixers, Moulding machines, Fully Automated Electric
and Oil Fired Furnace for All kinds of Heat Treatment, Full equipped Sand Testing, Chemical, Physical and
Metallurgical testing Labs, Automated and Manual Shot Blasting Machines with Fully equipped Fettling Shop.
are focused in this factory. MR Ferro MR manufactures and supplies spare parts of Jaw Crusher and Cone
Crusher including jaw plates, concaves, mantles, blow bars, pellet plant spares like chain link, comb plate, Side
plates, Grate bar, Locking clits etc. Also includes Sponge Iron spare parts like Support Rollers, SS Tip Casting,
Bimetallic Segments etc.

MR Engineers Unit - II - Factory

This manufacturing facility is located in Jharbeda. It has an area of approximately 14000 m². The MR Engineers
factory is equipped with a very wide range of fabrication Equipments for manufacturing Crusher, Feeder and
Screen body and other fabrication items and has the ability to design, produce, and erect any kind of equipment
needed. After being dismounted, each part is taken to sandblasting before being moved to the mounting line to
be prepared for shipping. This Factory also has a ware house of conveyor Belt lines, spare parts etc.
