ल्क, मिलिंग ल्क और गनी लागत की रोकी गई रा जारी करने के लिए फ़ाइल
जारी नहीं की गई है। अब दावा प्रस्तुत न करने पर APSCSC लिमिटेड-विजयनगरम
राजस्व जिले ने Mktg-2/FCI दावे(11))/2022-23 दिनांक 23.11.2023 (सं धित दावा)
और Lr.No,Mktg.2/ के माध्यम से दावा प्रस्तुत किया है। एफसीआई दावा/2022-23
दिनांक 03.08.2023 (प्रतियाँ संलग्न हैं)।
File put up for releasing the withheld amounts of Administration charges,
Milling Charges, and Gunny Cost against the CMR Bills (APSCSC Ltd-
Vizianagaram Revenue District) for KMS 2022-23 (01 Oct-2022 to 30 th Sep-2023)
not released due to non-submission of claim now the APSCSC Ltd-Vizianagaram
Revenue District has submitted a claim vide Mktg-2/FCI Claims(11))/2022-23
dated 23.11.2023 (Revised Claim) and vide Lr.No,Mktg.2/FCI Claims/2022-23
Dated 03.08.2023 ( copies are enclosed).

जबकि, इस कार्यालय ने IA&PV Lr.No FCI/SZ/AP/VSKP/FY 2019-20 और 2020-21

भाग-II C के माध्यम से KMS 2019-20 और 2020-21 के लिए ब्याज ल्क वसूल लिया
है। इसकी सूचना Lr.No द्वारा APSCSCLtd विजयनगरम को दी गई है।
FIN/Accounts/Proc.Bills/Corres/2023/03 दिनांक 30.08.2023 तदनुसार, KMS 2019-20 और
2020-21 के लिए ब्याज ल्क के अतिरिक्त भुगतान के लिए रु. 5,01,23,032/- की
वसूली (कॉपी) संलग्न है) जिसमें से नोट # 15 के माध्यम से केएमएस 2021-
22 के लिए सोसायटियों को कमीन के दावे के लिए पहले 25,37,922/- रुपये के
दावे की वसूली की गई थी और इस दावे से ष रा की वसूली की गई है, इसका
विवरण जारी लागत संबंधी घटनाएँ और वसूली विवरण इस प्रकार हैं:
Whereas, this office has recovered the Interest Charges for the KMS 2019-
20 and 2020-21 vide IA&PV Lr.No FCI/SZ/AP/VSKP/FY 2019-20 & 2020-21
Part-II C Excess payment towards interest charges the same is intimated to
APSCSCLtd Vizianagaram vide Lr.No. FIN/Accounts/Proc.Bills/Corres/2023/03
Dated 30.08.2023 accordingly, the recovery of Rs.5,01,23,032/- towards the excess
payment of interest charges for the KMS 2019-20 and 2020-21 (Copy is Enclosed)
out of which previously recovered the claim of Rs.25,37,922/- towards the claim of
Commission to the societies for the KMS 2021-22 vide Note # 15 and the balance
Amount has been recovered from this claim the details of the Releasing Costing

21 as per IA & PV paras the total amount to be recovered from the following

रुपये की रा शि
और शे षरा शि रुपये की वसूली की गई। KMS 2022-23 के लिए गनी
लागत के लिए 11,87,01,482/- रुपये जारी किए जाएंगे।
Therefore, the Amount of Rs.5,01,23,032/- Recovered towards the Interest
Charges for the KMS 2019-20 and 2020-21 and the balance amount of Rs.
11,87,01,482/- will be released towards Gunny Cost for the KMS 2022-23.
