INTRODUCTION
This is a project designed using HTML. It is a website of an organization
which makes “Environment Friendly Idols". The organization has a
Unique & one of its kinds Idol of Durga made with some Waste materials
like Plastic Bottles, Waste plastic materials etc. This website provides
images of various Idols, information about the organisation, its marketing
plan and contact details.
● This website has a Home page which has links to various pages
like About Us, Murti Gallery, Approach and Contact Us.

As we know that India is famous for its Festivals around the year. During
the time of festivals our cities look really bright and joyful. People enjoy
themselves and there are large gathering of people all over. But as the
festivals end the people move towards the water sources like Rivers,
Ponds etc to drown these deities.
<p>But these days the Deities are made from various harmful materials
and also the paints are very harmful which get mixed with the water and
there is a lot of damage to the aquatic animals and also it harms humans
also.
<p>Therefore, we the <U>"Environment Friendly Idols"</U> had thought

of the Durga festival which is one of the biggest festival of our country.
So we started planning for this festival.
<p>We finally planned to create a Unique & one of its kinds Idol of
Durga. So we made this Idol with some Waste materials like Plastic
Bottles, Waste plastic materials etc. This is a really good way of
recycling things and was also a really new way to teach the students and
incorporate the habit of recycling in them.

After we had assisted in making this recycled idol of Goddess Durga our
guide Mr. Gautam Das and his team from Salt Lake, Kolkata had given
the finishing touches to the whole setup. This pandal is expected of its
kinds and attracted a large crowd. The main theme was to make the
people aware that their waste can be transformed into many different
and attractive artworks. If such activities can be widespread then it can
be transformed into large movement against the use of plastic materials
because we need to change now if we want to change our future.

Why:
<P>The preparation of large-sized idols with unique ideas before

festivities, is centralised in Kolkata.
People and organisations keenly interested in obtaining and worshiping

their deities across India find it difficult to procure these.
This is so because of the high cost involved in payments to be made to

the artisans, who come to different cities during the preparation time
only.

We as a team of two, make an attempt and give:

<LI>speedy, prompt and timely service to our customers by arranging

transportation of these large idols from Kolkata, made directly by the
artisans
<LI>value for money by providing the most unique and award-winning

idols for pandals during puja and various ceremonies, made from
material like pencil, plastic, sugarcane, paper, wax, rubber, pineapple,
bottles and the like
<LI>due respect to our nature by using such material which either does
not have any further utility or harm mother nature
<LI>artisans a decent, assured and steady income by collecting the

payment on orders from customers and giving directly to the artisans.
This saves their cost of living in another city during preparation of these
idols
<LI>a better future to all as in time, we plan to make small- sized idols
for larger commercial purpose too.
