Dear Members,

As an onset, we thank you for your presence in last Sunday’s meeting and active participation towards
the betterment and improvement in the tower.

Following point were discussed and agreed upon:

1) Fixed deposit implementation of Rupees 5 lacs to be done for 15 months @ 7.10%.

2) Parking shades to be replaced soon on both sides.

3) Four wheeler parking to be done on rotations basis every quarterly. Committee will keep you posted
on this.

4) Two wheelers must park on first come first serve basis inside two wheelers parking area first and then
to four corners. Requesting each member to follow it and also, pass on the same message to their family
members as well.

5) Plumber visit to be done in each flat of the tower to diagnose and resolve leakages. Expenses to be
borne by the flat owner wherever leakages found of that particular flat. Committee will schedule this on
any of the Sunday and will keep everyone inform well in advance.

6) A scale fighter needs to check with the vendor as it is observed to be not working.

7) The lift stop switch needs to checked by vendor.

8) Upper tank cleaning contract to be updated for 2 out of 4 entries to be done with jet cleaning.

9) Solar panel cleaning to be done manually initially and see if better options of automation available.

10) Three old unused cycles to be removed. Requesting to the respective owners to look into it, please.

11) Painting touching to be done in the parking area.

12) Every member requested to check the letter box for the tower common light bill and submit it at B6
104, as soon as it is found.

13) Discuss with A9 tower representative for garbage issues that it is dumped in B6 dustbin.

14) Amount Rupees 10000 towards the Solar implementation is pending for B6 102, which will be paid
before 30 December 2023 as confirmed by Mr. Milan Panchal.
