APPLICANT MANUAL FOR SECI RECRUITMENT PORTAL

A. Registration on SECI Recruitment Portal

Step 1: Click on ‘Register New User’

Step 2: Enter all details as per below screenshot (Note: User ID always in Upper case only). It is requested
to ensure the correct email id & other details.

Step 3: On ‘Save’ from earlier screen, you are redirected to login page with the credentials auto-filled. A
system generated email has been triggered on the above provided email ID.

B. Forgot Password
Step 1: Please fill User ID & Aadhar Number as provided during registration (User ID can be found in
your email box).

Step 2: On click ‘send password’, You will receive a mail on your registered email ID.

C. Change Password
Step 1: To change the password, click on change password.

Step 2: Kindly fill all the mandatory details and click on save password.

Note: If you are facing difficulty in login with credentials, kindly refresh the page and remove user ID &
password and type again correctly.

D. Application Form
Kindly note & ensure:

 Kindly ensure to upload all required attachments as mentioned in the application form.
 (*) fields are mandatory to fill.
 It is advised you to kindly “save as draft” first after filling the form. Once all fields are done at your
end, please click on save.

Step 2: Application can only be submitted for the positions showed below:

Kindly select one position for which you want to apply and then submit the application. Once Application
ID will be generated, an auto generated email has been triggered on the email Id provided during
registration.

E. View Application Form


Step 1: To view the submitted application form, click on drop down list next to download button and
select the submitted form. After selection, application form can be downloaded.
