One of the last films I went to see at the cinema was the film Barbie by Greta Gerwing,

starring Margot Robbie in the role of Barbie and Ryan Gosling in the role of Ken. The film's
aim is to show an apparently perfect world called Barbieland, in which the female role in
society is superior and prevalent compared to the male one, but not only that, since the
theme of a woman who must be aesthetically always pleasant and perfect. Following a
series of vicissitudes, Barbie, aka Margot Robbie, reaches human reality where everything is
completely the opposite to her reality, so she will become dissatisfied with the harsh truth
and will be led to make a choice: in what world , but above all how to live his life. Certainly
the topics brought to the big screen by the director are all very topical, since despite the
feminist battles, women are still a step behind men. This film was a great surprise (positively
speaking) for me, because before seeing it, I thought it was a film suitable for an audience of
children, but it turned out to be the opposite. If, however, I had to indicate a point that is
unfavorable for me, it is certainly the extreme vision from both the male and female points of
view.
