Pre - Game Rules

1. Participants must register in a team of 3 to 5.
2. You can be present in only one team. Changing teams mid-auction is not permitted.
3. Reporting time is 1:45 pm. The auction will start at 2 pm sharp.

Drafts
1. Auction deck contains 62 characters– 15 Directors, 17 Actors,
15 Actresses, 15 Supporting roles.
2. Each member of a particular draft has a different rating and
price, which would open the gates for more randomness in the
game.
3. The ratings of the characters vary on a scale of 1 to 10 points.

Auction Rules
1. All teams will be provided with a kitty of 500 E-Coins.
2. Teams must buy a minimum of 5 and can buy a maximum of 8 characters.
3. Final deck must contain a minimum of 1 Director, 1 Actor, 1 Actress & 1 Support role.
4. Final deck can contain a maximum of 3 characters of the same profile respectively.
5. Any kind of trading of characters is not allowed among the teams.
Gameplay
1. Only 1 member from each team can place bids.
2. The increment for every bid will be 1 E-Coin upto 10 E-Coins. Subsequently, bids will be
accepted in increments of 1 E-Coin. (Subject to change depending on the request of the
teams.)
3. Teams will have 30 seconds to make the first bid. Subsequently, teams will get only 15
seconds to make their bid. If no bid is received within 15 seconds, the character will be
declared sold or unsold.
4. Once any bid is placed, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.
5. If a team bids for a character more than the budget they have left, they will be given a
warning. The team will be disqualified after the third warning.

BONUS
1. If a team is able to get a successful pair of (Actor,Actress) who have a high
grossing film earlier then they will get bonus points in multiples of 5 ratings,
wholly decided by the organising committee.
2. A team would be rewarded extra 10 ratings, if in their final deck they have
all the Director, Actor, Actress and Supporting actor/actress of a high grossing
film.
3. Any request for bonus will not be entertained by the organising committee,
the decision taken by the organising committee will be final & binding.
Result
1. The team with the highest final rating (including bonuses, if applicable)
wins !!!
2. Any money left will not contribute to the final rating. But in case of a tie,
the team with more virtual money left will be declared as the winner.
3. If the tie still persists, the team with more characters in their deck will
be declared as the winner.

Terms and Conditions

1. Teams which fail to follow the rules won’t be considered for evaluation.
2. All decisions pertaining to the ongoing auction will be binding and the
responsibility of the organising team.
3. Teams violating the sanctity and decorum of the auction will be
automatically disqualified as per the decision of the organisers.
