organizing and managing a project from
inception to its successful completion.
 Project management is the application of
knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to
project activities to meet the project
requirements.

Defining what need to be done (requirement)
Deciding how it will be done (design)

Getting it done
 Testing and evaluation
Verify that it was done right
 The role responsible for leading and
coordinating the project effort from inception
to its successful completion
