As a competent and experienced personal, I pride myself on my strong organisational
and problem solving skills. Some of my most basic skills include the ability to
lead and motivate the team towards the organisational goals; maintain consistency,
communicate wisely and resolve conflict tactfully; organise office maintenance;
prepare for meetings and completing follow up action; organise material for
briefing and presentation; track accounts; and incoming calls and manage multiple
calls concurrently and ensure quality customer service.

In my previous role, I have been responsible for managing the office calendar and
setting up meetings and appointments. I have extensive experience in rostering,
scheduling and reprioritizing tasks at both a professional and personal level. I am
also experienced in using scheduling software, including Microsoft Office Suite and
Excel, which I have used to track employee attendance and hours worked.
My professional experience includes:
-Overseeing the roster planning and daily operations of a company
-Developing and implementing innovative workforce management systems that increased
efficiency and staff satisfaction
-Maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations
-Utilizing data analysis to identify and assess trends in employee scheduling
- Developing and presenting effective training programs for employees on new
rostering systems.
