POSITION:
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the President (MD) of Global Belts is
accountable for the overall profit and loss (full P&L) management of the business unit, as well as
driving global business development. This includes establishing both short-term and long-term
objectives, overseeing personnel, managing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and
ensuring all departments/functions achieve their respective goals.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
▪ Meeting with board members and other executives to assess the direction of the company,
develop short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies, and ensure the company's
compliance with the stated mission;
▪ Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals/objectives (G/Os) for
teams;
▪ Listening to the viewpoints and reports of the direct reports and making the right decisions;
▪ Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the company's daily finances. Analyzing financial
reports;
▪ Updating and revising plans to increase the company's profitability and progress;
▪ Participating in business development initiatives such as investments, mergers and acquisitions
etc.;
▪ Building a strong senior leadership team (SLT) and encouraging them to develop potential
future leaders for the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Bachelor’s in business, economics, finance, accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a similar
major is required. Master of Business Administration is strongly preferred;
▪ Prior executive-level experience with proven track record of success, and at least 10 years of
experience in P&L leadership roles are required;
▪ Automotive OEM experience;
▪ Global, Matrix organization structure experience;
▪ Experience applying world classes processes in a small, agile environment;
▪ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;
▪ Strong finance acumen, as well as strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving
skills;
▪ Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational abilities, and the ability to find and retain
talented employees;
▪ Ability to see trends, adapt and remain competitive in changing economic climates, adapt and
grow in new markets;
▪ Balance of both sales and marketing, and manufacturing operations functional experience;

CRAIG FROHOCK
Chief Executive Officer
Craig Frohock joined Dayco in January of 2023 and serves as Chief Executive Officer.
Craig brings with him over 25 years experience, most recently as Group Vice President and
General Manager of Tenneco’s OE Ride Control business. Prior to that he served as the Group Vice
President and General Manager of Integrated Supply Chain operations within the global
aftermarket business. He also served as Group Vice President and General Manager of the
company’s aftermarket Chassis business and the aftermarket Sealing, Engine and Under hood
services business.
Prior to Tenneco, his career included 19 years of working for Meritor, Inc. where he held positions
of increasing responsibilities, including leading Meritor’s aftermarket business.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business
Administration degree from Oakland University.
