Dear Sir,

We wish to submit an original research article entitled “GA based optimization

Technique for Minimizing Electric Field underneath high voltage overhead power
lines coupled methods” for consideration by Journal of Energy Conversion and
Management. We confirm that this work is original and has not been published
elsewhere, nor is it currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
In this paper, we show that line conductors rearrangement has a considerable effect
on the electric field and right of way.
We believe that this manuscript is appropriate for publication by Journal of Energy
Conversion and Management, because it include electric field minimization
method.
