1 Issue & Symptoms
From the R12.3 release, there are some DECT system impacts if the “Allow auto FW update of sets” is set to
YES and if there are some DECT sets not located.

These are
 Some slow response of DECT sets,
 Delayed ringing of DECT sets,
 No answer from system on DECT sets

In dectsets command, here is one example of DECT not located:

Neqt=05631 Nbr=9243202 IPEI=1009506978944 8262 DECT AGAP V56.80 B00.00 PLI 30
Area=?-?? BS(cr/cpl/bs) : ??/??/?? IPUI=0400000000004444145210 No TPUI
Loc/j = 0
So, all these handsets do not respond to IPUI-O paging of OXE used during "automatic FW update" and
paging queue keeps increasing and leads to slowness.

2 Action Required

Turn to NO the “Allow auto FW update of sets” parameter.

It takes place inside the PWT/DECT System parameters list.

3 Solution
A defense has been implemented to avoid the long paging queue when paging failures for SUOTA occurs.
Solution (CROXE-14456) is delivered in official patch M4.501.12.
