1. Firstly, I would like you to provide a brief introduction about yourself.

2. How would you define entrepreneurship in your own words?
 When i hear the term ‘entrepreneurship’, the first thing that comes to
my mind is turning an idea into a business. Entrepreneurs dream big
and take action to create new things like products or services also the
most interesting part in the meaning of entrepreneurship is adapting
to change, learning from mistakes, and specially growing.

3. What is your perspective on entrepreneurial intention?


 It is more a psychological construct that captures a person’s
willingness and motivation to become an entrepreneur. It’s about
their desire to start and run their own business. And I think that
understanding entrepreneurial intention is important because it can
influence an individual’s behavior and actions towards
entrepreneurship.

4. What factors drive individuals to initiate a business?


 For me starting a business is often driven by the desire to make a
positive impact, make a change in the world also i always prefer to be
my own boss and have the control over my work strategies and
overall direction of the business.
5. What is your attitude towards entrepreneurship?
 I view entrepreneurship as an empowering endeavor that offers
individuals the opportunity to take control of their lives and pursue
their passions. It has the potential to drive economic growth and
innovation while making a positive impact on individuals and
communities. Successful entrepreneurship requires dedication,
resilience, and a willingness to take calculated risks.

6. In your opinion, does your environment positively contribute to your


entrepreneurial intentions?
 I feel lucky to be surrounded by a supportive environment that
actively encourages and nurtures my entrepreneurial intention. And I
mean more my family and friends that support the idea of being my
own boss instead of a simple worker
7. Do you think that you are capable of starting your own business?
 As a student I believe i have the skills and knowledge to start a
business. My education has provided me with a solid foundation in
areas such as marketing, finance and management, which are
important for navigating the business world. Additionally, being part
of Ensak gives me access to a variety of resources and support
systems designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, including start-up
programs. As a student, I bring a fresh outlook, an ability to adapt and
a strong desire for constant learning and personal growth, which are
advantageous characteristics in the business context. Although
challenges are expected , I am confident that with right mindset,
developed skills and the right support, I have the potential to not only
start but thrive in the business areas

8. Are there any factors that might influence your entrepreneurial intention?
 One of the primary challenges aspiring entrepreneurs face for me is
securing the necessary capital to start and sustain their business.
Limited access to funding or personal financial constraints can dampen
entrepreneurial intention

Interview N°4 : Oussama


9. Firstly, I would like you to provide a brief introduction about yourself.
 Thank you for having me , my name is Oussama doumi im 21 years
old and im currently studying ……………………….in Ensak.
10.How would you define entrepreneurship in your own words?
 Entrepreneurship is the activity of starting a new business in order to
generate profit by identifyin available opportunities in the market. It
reuires a great amount of creativity and also the ability to access the
risks and rewards of decisions.

11.What is your perspective on entrepreneurial intention?


 Entrepreneurial intent is a person’s degree of commitment to starting
a new business. It might be effet by that person’s surroundings,
attitude or beliefs and their perceived ability to start a business. It’s
one the definitive factors at determining whether or not a person
might start a business.

12.What factors drive individuals to initiate a business?


 For me , it’s a combination of factors. First, there’s the passion for
what I want to do . I believe that when you truly love something ,
starting a around it is the best way to pursue your dreams. Then,
there is the desire for independence and autonomy. I want to be in
control of my own destiny, make decisions on my owns terms, and
not be limited by the rules of someone else’s company. Of course, the
financial potential is also a motivating factor. I want to build
something that can generate income ad provide financial security.
Lastly I want to make a positive impact on society, whether it’s by
slving a roblem, creating jobs, or contributing to a cause that matters
to me
13.What is your attitude towards it?
 For me , entrepreneurship is an important driver of economic growth
and innovation and especially here in Morocco considering the small
amount of big successful Moroccan businesses, there should be more
people pursuing entrepreneurship.

14.In your opinion, does your environment positively contribute to your


entrepreneurial intentions?
 As a student, I believe my surroundings can play a role in shaping my
interest in entrereneurship. My family and friends can provide
support support and encouragement in exploring entrepreneurial
ideas and pursuing them. They can also provide valuable feedback
and insights on my ideas. Furthermore , having successful
entrepreneurs as role models can inspire and motivate me to explore
entrepreneurship further. Learning about their journeys and
experiences can give me insights into challenges and opportunities of
entrepreneurship. However, I also acknowledge that negative
attitudes or lack of support from family, friends and society can
discourage entrepreneurship interest. Therefore, it is important to
seek out positive , influences and resources , such as entrepreneurial
communities and mentorship programs, to cultivate and grow my
interest in entrepreneurship

15.Do you think that you are capable of starting your own business?
 As a student, I find starting a project challenging for a couple of
reasons. Firstly, I lack the proper support needed to initiate a business
venture. Additionally, I don't consider myself a particularly creative
thinker or risk-taker.
17.Are there any factors that might influence your entrepreneurial intention?
 For various reasons, I believe the government should play a more
active role in supporting startups, fostering brand new
entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, in Morocco, such support
mechanisms are currently lacking."
