Sir/Madam,

At this time we have not yet received a payment in regards to the customer id – 20213000006M /
8485968276, MANTHAN CHANDRKANT SHAH (AADHAR CARD – 941618962562, PAN CARD-
JLAPS7462E) nor have we gotten a response to the Demand Cum Legal Notice sent on 27th Dec 2023.
Under instructions from our client, ZESTMONEY ,

A Company incorporated under the provision of Companies Act, 1956 as amended up to date having CIN
No.U741 IODL2016CBC291030 and having its Branch office at Site No. 19 & 20, Indiqube Celestia,
Ground & Third Floor, Koramangala 1A Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034 (hereinafter
referred as Our Client), We hereby serve you with the following Loan Recall-cum-Demand Notice , the
contents whereof you may please note:

I) That our client, a forenamed, is inter-alia, engaged in the business of rendering financial/credit
facilities, in the form of loans etc., to the intending borrowers.

2) That you, in your capacity as Borrower applied to our client for seeking a loan under Personal Loan
category.

3) That on review of the Consumer Loan account, we note that you have not paid the instalments on due
date. The detail of the recall amount under the loan agreement is Rs.18,26,934/- Phone Purchased of 129,000
& OVERDRAFT LOAN of 3,60,000. Date of Purchase & Approved on– 9th Feb 2021. No EMI are Paid 0/6.

Security Guarantor Ms TASLEEM MERCHANT is not responding since the day you purchased and availed
the loan. AADHAR CARD - 489945217371. PAN CARD – CBPPM5885H. Mobile Number -9324005961.
A Legal Case would also file on her for not responding after being Guarantor.

4) We hereby call upon you to repay the overdue amount of Rs. 18,26,934/- together with accrued
delayed payment & other charges etc. within 3 Days from the date this letter failing which we may take such
action as we are entitled under the loan agreement to recover the outstanding amount, including civil and
criminal as well.

5) If you are unable to pay off the total due amount kindly co-operate with the company and make a
settlement around 34% of the due amount. Legal Charges of 40,000 are not included in the 34% amount.

6) Kindly pay your due amount to avoid criminal legal actions.

In case you have already paid the outstanding amount please ignore this letter. A copy of this notice has been
retained in our office for further action.

Final Date for Payment is Saturday 31th December 2023 till 12 PM.

Final Decision on Settlement no Bargain.

We need confirm by Today 7 PM or else Today our representative will visit your office and take
confirmation.
