ABOUT THE BOOK
BACKGROUND OF THE FIRST STORYLINE :
The grandfather of Caprio once started one of the brothels

in De Wallen, Amsterdam when he was a European vendor who
used to buy and sell property travelling around the countries. He
married a girl named Jean from Haarlem and they had two
daughters and two sons where the father of Caprio was the
youngest among them all. Within a few years, the popularity of
the brothel had gone beyond his expectation and he started
hiring more girls and ladies for prostitution in his brothel.
Everything was going well and one day something unorthodox
took place among them all which led to desertion of the family
and the grandfather left De Wallen along with his young
son(Caprio’s father) and returned back to Germany. Later, the
elder son of grandfather took the ownership of the brothel, but
he found it difficult to endure the oppressive impact on his
personal life. It was far away from his interest and he wanted to
try something else in his life and most significantly, it seemed as
if he was trying to escape from it. He provided the brothel to a
native man before leaving the town, and he mailed the papers to
the grandfather in Germany.
Later, Caprio’s father had been enlisted for a job as a sales

executive in a nearby company and he decided to settle down
with his love Maria. Before the joining date, grandfather asked

Caprio’s father to claim the ownership of his brothel and told him
about everything. Astonishingly, he was incurious towards it and
showed a sneak peek of his outrage, because the brothel was the
reason that had ruined his entire family and as a consequence,
still he could feel the pain of severance and eradication of his
entire kindreds. Though he never showed it to anyone, the
remembrance of it was always there in his mind and it was
something that he always tried to obliterate or block-out from
himself. His emotions evinced clearly his rebuff towards
grandfather’s proposal of the ownership and he left the room in
anger. Spending the whole night in a tavern, he came back to
grandfather the next day and expressed his gratitude as a son
and told that he would be more happy to settle down here in
Europe with Maria. Grandfather had simply ceded the documents
to him because it belonged to him then and indicated to him to
do whatever he wanted to do with this property. Caprio’s father
merely stowed the documents inside a small box and cached the
box in the locker shelf everlastingly.
THE FIRST STORYLINE:
The story walks around the life of Caprio who later opens the box
and finds the property documents and in greed, he denies the
request of his father and leaves him forever in order to claim the
ownership of the brothel located in De Wallen. He goes there
along with his wife as well as children and restarts the business
of brothel appointing beautiful girls where the first few years
bring him a lot of money. The story narrates his rotten luck when
he starts maltreating the prostitutes and at the same time, the

story reveals the impact of running a brothel in an erroneous or

wrong way along with depicting a dark side of the prostitution.
THE SECOND STORYLINE:
Subsequently, another initial essence that the story upholds is

the romance between a prostitute and a backpacker. The story
portrays how two different luminaries and personalities meet in
Amsterdam and feel the vibe of love in the month of august.
Freya, an adorable and winsome prostitute with a beautiful smile

who seems to spend her uttermost time finding herself around
her clients. Zeph, a young Anglo-Indian backpacker who is more
optimistic, neither travels for spirituality nor sensuality, but to
unearth only himself. He is just twenty one years old who has
completed masters within a little age and loves to explore the
core places of the world.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

One of the versatile & creative writers , Clochard(Firdous
Alam) was born in 1998 , 11th may in the northeastern region of
india. He is well known for his unique mixture of different
literary genres and devices . Most of his writings are associated
with both the fiction and non-fiction narrative and he himself
loves to write in "free-style".
His writings are based on the realistic incidents of human

life that provide some moral, important and crucial point of
views which are necessary for everyone in order to live a happy
& peaceful life. Apart from this, an extraordinary love for
animals can be seen in his books as a main theme.

Chhattisgarh ). He started his writing career at the age of 19 and

PROLOGUE
During this period of time, the brothels and prostitution
have gained much popularity like any other centuries, but the
approach of expanding the business has become nefarious only in
this period and as a consequence, we have observed trafficking
of women as well as girls as a rising crime in many countries. The
traffickers have expanded their network now in association with
many brothels and in exchange of a huge amount of money, the
traffickers start the trafficking of juveniles or callows. The
brothel owners foster the young girls under the other prostitutes
and when they grow up, the brothel owners use them in sexual
activities or prostitution. The brothel owners oppress the girls
playing mental games with them and sometimes, they even don’t
provide the actual amount of earning to their prostitutes making
them a kind of slaves.
Subsequently, another great aspect which has been increasing

the number of prostitutes in the city is the weak financial
condition of girls or women. In order to fulfill the basic needs,
many scholars join prostitution every year as they don’t have any
other scopes of instant earning. Sometimes, these prostitutes
have to go through physical injuries caused by some psychopath
clients who even don’t pay for their work in return and in such
point of time, the prostitutes become so helpless that they can’t
seek help from the police or others and thus, most of the days
they return to home with no money at all. From the beginning of
civilizations, prostitutes have been bearing the abomination of
society and still, we use to categorize them as characterless

without any hesitation. We never realize that it’s her financial

need which makes her a prostitute. There is no other way to earn
instantly for women in every corner of the world and still, not
every girl has her financial freedom in order to fulfill her goals.
We should be thankful to prostitutes who obliquely reduce the
rate of rape in a particular place and all prostitutes deserve legal
recognition,protection, dignity as well as equality.

CHARACTER SKETCH
Freya: An adorable and winsome prostitute with a beautiful
smile who seems to spend her uttermost time finding herself
around her clients. With an average height, her expatriate as
well as childlike manner attracts almost every rich stranger and
thus she gets more clients during the day than the other
primordial and native prostitutes who work under the same
owner named Caprio. Freya is only twenty-three years old and
belongs to Oban, Scotland and she is the only foreign prostitute
working under John Caprio which is located in De Wallen,
Amsterdam. As a Scottish woman, her light brown hair with a
light skin tone and slim along with slender figure are lucidly
emphasized by old men who handsomely recompense her for her
effort. On the other hand, there are a few clients who show a
truculent attitude for which she confronts physical injuries and
even, she informs about this belligerent manner to Caprio, but
he persuades her everytime addressing those clients as dignitary
persons and always treats her as if she must deal with these
situations in order to protect her job of Prostitution. Thus, she
entraps herself even as a victim of an ideological steamroller,
and she has to follow the rules of her boss Caprio for living a
better life. Apart from it, she is still happy because she can
afford all essentials, basic needs and to some extent, she knows
that no one will offer her a high paying job without minimum
academic background and knowledge. Regardless of what, she

believes her earnings have gratified her entire life and it has
tranquilized her regrets and catastrophe.
Caprio: A pimp or procurer for whom the chief topic of

conversation reclines in money by dint of providing the best
service to the new clients and habitues in his brothel. He has two
small brothels in De Wallan, Amsterdam that hires girls for
prostitution giving them a small amount of money for every
client. Neither he is affluent nor cut and dried in his business,
but he has a mutual friendship with the most powerful people,
smugglers and gangsters who protect him every time in exchange
of bootleg and these are the only people for whom his brothels
are still in existence during this period of time. He has a dream
of being the richest person among his old friends who are
billionaires now in the same business and they have many
brothels around the world. Caprio, forty-one years old man from
Germany with an acquisitive and money-grubbing personality
whom people consider as an apathetic tubby man who does not
care about his family and others. But for him, it is nothing more
than a mask that he wears in front of everyone to protect his
business and in reality, he loves and cares for his three daughters
Anne, Aida, Adelina along with his his wife Daphne and their son
Camron and for whom he spends selflessly more than anything
else. He keeps his children away from the brothel and his
children are not aware of his real business except working in a
private company as a chief manager. The entire family had
settled in Amsterdam nine years ago from Germany and here

they got their new family member who was the youngest boy
among the children and they named him as Aprinov.
Zeph: A Young Anglo-Indian backpacker who is more optimistic,

neither travels for spirituality nor sensuality, but to unearth only
himself. He is just twenty one years old who has completed

around the world. Because of his introversion personality, it
makes it harder for him to communicate with everyone and
therefore people and relatives consider him as a shy and taciturn
person whenever he appears in front of them. After getting
dumped by three of his girlfriends in his entire life, he does not
want to believe in love anymore and has become a fully
philophobic person. Now, he maintains remoteness from girls and
even evades flirting whenever a girl tries to get closer to him and
thus he bides himself away from those beautiful girls. He looks
more winsome with his strong muscles whether it is his biceps,
chest, abdominals or his broad shoulders and posterior parts,
everything is just picture-perfect along with neatness which are
the center of attraction for most of the girls. Apart from all
these, his motionless behavior is the most discernible thing which
is appreciated by all of his classmates, especially girls who see
an ideal prince or boyfriend in him. Apparently, he is too good in
studies for which he has a favorable image in the eyes of the
teachers as well as the principal of the institute.

Pepsi Jackson Dickhead: A local gangster without gang

who wants to compete with the greatest mafias and godfather of
criminals by creating his own group in Amsterdam. With his
idiotic manner, he always tries to terrify the elderly and female
shopkeepers asking them for money and free stuff and it is the
only reason for which he has gone forty-four times into the local
prison. Among the shopkeepers, most of them call pompously
through his full name whenever he walks around the shops which
erupts volcanoes of anger inside of him. According to him, his
full name sounds ugly to him as he introduces himself more likely
as “Jackson, the father of Godfather '' and he often warns
everyone to keep this name in their mind and he believes he is as
terrifying as this name. He is so passionate about his dream that
he has printed many posters disclosing the aims and ambition of
the group along with the audition date and has invited all the
enthusiastic criminals of their country. Fatty fat fat fatterton
Pepsi Jackson looks so strange that whenever he goes to terrify
or create fear among the people , they sympathize for his look
while others make fun of him and thus the character of Jackson
remains an influential and funny aspect of the story.
Daan Lyuk: Amsterdam’s new police officer who is transferred

recently from another city to investigate a mysterious murder.
He is polite as well as gentle enough, although it is the
black-white magic of money which seduces him to be corrupted
sometimes and it is the only secret behind his twenty-five
successful cases that he has solved in his career out of fifty one
cases in total that have been given to him by police

headquarters. He is old now and has only a few years left for
retirement. He has two pangs of familiar heartache and these
are killing him from inside and these can be considered as grief,
grief that has been following him for long years, long years that
have been exhausting him both intellectually, emotionally and
physically as well. First of all, he has not given enough time to
his two children Katee and Rodeo since their childhood and
furthermore, the second aspect is the sackcloth and ashes for his
wife’s sudden death along with her remembrance associated with
the past.
Irene: A nine years old Russian girl who loves to read books
more than eating junk foods. Because of the Alcoholism of her
parents, she has learnt to do everything all by herself and she is
the best among all the students and acquires the highest grades.
The Father of her school is so impressed that he requests Irene to
call her parents in the school at least for once, but
unfortunately, like any other day, her Alcoholic parents don’t
show any curiosity for their daughter and send their neighbor
Anton to the school. After all, observing the lack of importance,
the good thing about Irene is that she can control her emotions
and gives her first priority to her studies. Her independent and
sagacious as well as sensible personality are awed by everyone.

THE AURA OF AUGUST
The Monthly Invitation of Father
The chiming of turret clock hits the meridian where the

roadway babble of conversation amid the parents goes shrill,
Looking over and over again towards the tramping of

kiddiwinks who are coming out of the Saintsbury school to their
parents as if they have spent the whole day inside of bastille.
On the spur of the moment, there comes a sonorous as well

as resonant voice from the room of the head of school - “Why
don’t you convince them? They must look after you. Disgusting...I
have never seen such a disgusting idiotic fellowship. Okay!
Listen, just tell them that no one becomes a parent through his
ability to give birth, it is only responsibility that makes a true
and ideal parent.” says Father Jacob.
Little Irene smiles nodding her head in agreement the same

way that she does every couple of weeks whenever the Father of
the school wants to meet her parents. Irene leaves the room and
finds no one to take her home back, not even uncle Anton while
the other students and her classmates have been picked up by
their caretakers or relatives or one of their parents. But, she
doesn’t mind it and like any other days, she starts walking back
to home alone all by herself and within a while, she has reached
home.

“ Father Jacob told me to tell you, to tell you….tell... you..that

you don’t have the ability to give birth”, says Irene.
“What ?” asks daddy.
“Father Jacob wants to meet you desperately”, she replies.
“ No, not this one, what did you say before this? And what, what
he wants desperately? From me or daddy?” asks her mom in a
wet voice.
“Shut up, she is a kid”, shouts Daddy.
“From both of you”, proclaims Irene.
“This is insane, Irene, just go to your room...And we are not

going anywhere, we will request our neighbor Anton to meet
Father Jacob once again”, orates Daddy while making another
drink for himself.
“But, he want to--” “Shut up, you….Just leave!” yells Daddy with
a threatening look.

The next day, the father of Irene sends Anton to meet

father Jacob in order to calm the situation. It is like an awful
situation for Anton to go on behalf of real parents, and he too
often tries to send them to the school for their own child.
Apparently, the only thing for which he accepts their request is
lots of care for Irene as he does not have any child.
"May I come in father?", asks Anton.
"Yes Anton, come in please", replies Father Jacob.
"Thank you father. They have sent me again to meet you on

behalf of them", says Anton.
"Have a seat Anton. Actually I want to meet Irene's parents to

tell them that Irene has been doing very well in her exams and
will request them to treat their daughter with love as well as
care", says Father Jacob.
"Even I want it too father, because I have seen them talking in a

very rude manner which is not the proper way", says Anton.
"Have you ever told them about their behavior which is affecting
the mood of their daughter?", asks Father Jacob.

"Yes, I do whenever I get the opportunity, but they remain drunk

always for which it is difficult to make them realise", replies
Anton.
"I have not seen such parenthood in my entire career, disgusting.

Okay Anton, can you do me a favor?", asks Father Jacob.
"Why not father, just go for it", replies Anton.
"I want to talk at least for once, so all you have to do is just try
to establish a call between me and them", requests Father
Jacob.
"As your wish, I will try to make it possible though they rebuff it",
replies Anton.
"The Lord be with you", wishes Father Jacob.

Engulfs his entire sight,
Conveying sighs for the tiny soul
As she has atrocious root as a whole. “
The same day, Anton goes to meet Mr. Ben and Stephne at their
house and sits with them. "Did you meet father?", asks Ben,
"What did he tell?"
"He wants to talk to you over a phone call at least for once",
replies Anton, "He requested me to establish a call between you
and him."
"Anything else?", asks Ben.
"Why Ben? Why are you running away from your responsibilities?",
counters Anton, "You can stop all these now if you want. Mislays
and profits both are part of a business and please don't let it
affect your personal life as well as relations, your daughter is
more than your business and you should give your daughter what
she deserves. Profit can be made anytime, but the childhood of
your daughter won't come again in your life."

The Backpacking of Zeph
“Ah! Big yikes bro, everything is fine..Ohh that shit toothbrush.
Ugh, why do I drop it every-time? Wait, wait bro just hold a
second”, says Zeph to the CAB driver and goes back into his
room again.
“ Zeph, here is your toothbrush, you left it on the table during
breakfast...And don’t forget to eat wherever you go and talk
nicely, be kind and take care of yourself”, says his mother.
“Yup! I know, I know.. I will be back soon”, he says. The CAB
has reached the metro platform and Zeph enters into the regular
metro in which he travels for college regularly where most of the
passengers are students studying in schools, colleges while
others are employees working in the offices in the town. Among
the employees, a beautiful woman who always reserves a seat
next to her only for Zeph so that she can sensually feel the hard

biceps and shoulders of him during the entire journey. She has
invited him nearly eight times to her own room, sending her
children to another room in the name of Hide-and-Seek while
her husband goes outside on a business trip. But, it seems like
eight visits are not enough to feel Zeph inside of her and she
wants more of it unconditionally, more intensely as well as more
hard and inexorably. Apparently, the school girls have a crush
on Zeph too and one of them is so serious that she takes the
contrary seat inside the train in order to make eye contact with
Zeph, in fact she has exchanged phone numbers with Zeph and
has texted many times. Now, she needs only eye contact that
would be the last thing to go in a relationship with him. She has
tried many times to express her love for him, but it is only his
bold behavior that keeps her away from doing so. Everyone is
inside the train and suddenly, the school girl starts talking to
Zeph.

“Hey, I am not going anywhere, and don’t worry, I have my own
husband and children, so I am very busy these days. You can
join him on the trip if you want”, says the beautiful woman.
“ Come on! She is in school uniform and she is under aged for a
trip. You should not say so”, says Zeph to the woman. The
school girl blushes making her cheeks full of pink and turns her
face towards the windows. The metro has reached the town now
and everyone leaves for their own deeds and the schoolgirl goes
with a smile showing a sign of affection as well as interest to
Zeph and with her, her other schoolmates are also leaving and

and thus he reaches De wallen without any struggle. In the
central De Wallen, he observes open windows and behind those
windows, there are beautiful girls as well as women who are

Knenen tells him that he has been doing this job for several
years and he loves serving people as a shopkeeper. He tells him
about more things in which some of them are similar to Zeph
and to Zeph's family. Zeph too shares some of the common
things about his life and thus they have spent almost the entire
afternoon talking about each other. "Whoa! look at you buddy,

isn't it?" asks Knenen.

detail and record of the certain day. He collects the information

most sorrowful days in Caprio's entire life and he is feeling quite

report, he comes back to home, makes a drink and has started

The Inception of Rivalry
"Sir Freya is missing her duties constantly and is not receiving
my phone calls", says Marion.
"Why? Is she facing any problem?", asks Caprio.
"She did not inform me about any problem and she never
missed her duty like this for three days continuously. Clients are
asking about her and showing disappointment and it has
become difficult to handle them, especially those of her regular
clients", replies Marion.
"Let me contact Freya, till then go and offer those clients other
available girls at a low cost", orders Caprio and takes his phone
from the table. "Where are you Freya? Is everything okay?",
asks Caprio.
"Hello boss, actually...Actually I am in Amsterdam and yes,
everything is fine", responds Freya with a quavering voice.
"I guess you are not paying attention to your job", he says.
"No boss, actually I want to say something", she says.
"Yes, but don't tell me to increase your salary", he says.

"Actually, boss, I am thinking of quitting my job. Me and my
boyfriend are going to settle down soon, so it is impossible to
continue the job", she says. "What? Do you know what you are
saying?", asks Caprio.
"Sorry boss, but it's true. I want a break from this job and want
to live a normal life", she says.
"Wow, so you have forgotten those past days when you were
facing financial difficulties. Remember, it was only me who gave
you the job", he says.
"I can clearly remember that and I really appreciate what you did
for me, thank you so much for that and one more thing, I am
going to keep Irene for ever and if you try to catch us, I will
expose you in a case of child abduction", she says and hangs
up the call.
'You can't do it, wait, hello-hello. I won't let you destroy my
business', says Caprio with a red face full of anger. He hears the
voice of Lustful Goldie who is shouting at Marion and
immediately he has called Lustful Goldie here in his room, "Sit
down", says Caprio.

"Don't waste my time, just tell me why did you call?", asks
Lustful Goldie.
"I have news for you about your crush", replies Caprio.
"Yes please", says Lustful Goldie.
"Freya is going to settle down with her new boyfriend", asserts
Caprio.
"What? No way", says Lustful Goldie. "If you don't believe it,
then go and check with your own eyes. She is in Amsterdam
right now", replies Caprio.
"Give me her address now", asks Lustful Goldie.
"Calm down, I will give you her address, but you have to
promise me something", says Caprio.
"Promise? For what?", asks Lustful Goldie.
"Promise me that you won't mention my name if she asks
anything", replies Caprio.
"Chill man, you just give me her address and trust me I will not
mention your name", tells Lustful Goldie.
"Call your other friends too and kill that boyfriend who is going
to take her from you. She has a flat in Amsterdam, near the

provides a piece of paper.
"No, they just drink all day", replies Irene.
"Do you know their names? Try to remember", asks Zeph.
"My uncle calls my father Mr. Ben and Stephne is my mother's
name", replies Irene.
"And who is your uncle?", asks Freya.
"Uncle Anton, I go to school with him in his car", replies Irene.
[Someone knocks the door] "Did you order anything Freya?",
asks Zeph.
"No, I did not order anything", replies Freya. [Knocks
once again]
'Wait, Coming', says Zeph and opens the door.

"Is it Freya's room?", asks Smith.
"Yes", replies Zeph.
"Who are you? Are you the boyfriend?", asks Mr. Lucas.
"Yes, but who are you and what do you want?", asks Zeph.
"Zeph Is everything okay?", yells Freya from inside.
"Son of a b***h", snarls Lustful Goldie and slaps Zeph. Smith
grabs the collar of Zeph and says, "I spent almost half of my
earnings in the brothel everyday to impress her, how dare you?"
Mr. Lucas shoves his shoulder on Zeph's chest slamming him
inside the room and says, "What do you think of yourself?"
"Hey, hey what are you doing here? Why did you push him?",
asks Freya. "I did my best to satisfy you. Were those not enough
for you? I wanted you more than anything else", expresses
Lustful Goldie.
"What are you talking about Mr. Goldie? I don't want to talk
about this nonsense, please leave now", claims Freya.
"Do you know them ?"asks Zeph.
"I told you about them, they were my regular clients", replies
Freya.

"Holy cow, that is why they are feeling jealous of me. So, these
are the creators of your physical as well as intellectual
sufferings, now watch and enjoy the revenge show", says Zeph
and gives a flying kick to Lustful Goldie. Smith is ready to claw
out Zeph's throat, but Zeph's fists clutter on his face quickly.
"You guys made her suffer a lot of pain, now it is your time to
suffer those pain", says Zeph giving a solid punch to Mr. Lucas.
Zeph closes the door and the fight goes for almost half an hour
until the clothes of Lustful Goldie, Smith and Mr. Lucas are
tattered. When the door opens, they return with faltering steps
and the surrounding of their eyes become as black as darkness
which indicates the heavy punches of Zeph that they have
tasted without an invitation card.

Second Affliction of Caprio
"Adelina please tell me should I go or not", asks Anne.
"Where?", asks Adelina.
"Roger is requesting me to meet him urgently as he has not
seen me yet. You know that we have been talking on the phone
for a long time, so he is coming today to meet me and I don't
know what to do now", replies Anne.
"I know that the memory of Aida is affecting our mood and it is
hard to do anything with this sad as well as missing feeling, but
we have to move on. You should go and meet him and don't
worry, I will manage mom and dad", says Adelina.

"Hello Mr. Zeph, it’s Father Jacob from Saintsbury
school, Russia. I found your contact number from facebook
where you posted about Irene", tells Father Jacob on a phone

call.
"Yes father, so do you know Irene?", asks Zeph.
"She is a student of this school and she is very good in her
studies and to some extent, she is one of my favorite scholars

and I know her very well", replies Father Jacob.
"That's awesome, and what about her parents? I mean, have you
informed about this to her parents?", asks Zeph.
"For the last couple of years I have been inviting her parents
either in parents' meeting, sports week or on annual results day,
but they have not visited instead of sending their neighbor
Anton. I tried many times to meet them personally and even
requested Anton to send Irene's parents, but it never worked",
replies Father Jacob.
"What? But why?", asks Zeph.
"Because of Alcoholism. According to Anton, both of them ran a

growing companies in the international market. Due to a small
mistake, they had faced a downfall and as a result, they took a
large amount of loan from a bank in order to recover their
position again in the market. Unfortunately, their strategy did

not work for which they had to sell their company to repay the
large
amount of loan. The sudden mislay of the company made them
so depressed that they started to consume alcohol abruptly
during the whole day at home and the fever of alcoholism was
so high that they started ignoring the responsibilities of
parenthood. With the course of time, they even forgot to nourish
their only daughter with love and care that she deserved from
them. They just visited only once in the school that was during
the admission of Irene and trust me that day I saw them for the
first as well as last time", says Father Jacob.
"Such an awful situation, and what is their current situation? I
mean, are they missing Irene now?", asks Zeph.
"I have the same question in my mind and I have to visit them
to get the answer. I am going to call Anton today to ask for their

hotel room", says Anne and drinks the milk shake.
"Oh common dear, you know that I have travelled such a long
way . In fact, I was so excited to meet you and was sleepless
during the night, so I need some rest in this hotel", asserts
Roger.
"Aww, that is so sweet of you and I was excited to meet you
too", says Anne.

and enters along with Father.

"We are not good as if something precious has been lost, like a
body without a soul. We are sinful, we never gave love and
caring for Irene that she deserved as our child. We are really
missing her a lot", replies Ben. "Sometimes we understand the
true value of something after losing it and that is why we ought
to treat it well before it goes away. By the way, where is Mrs.
Ben?", asks Father Jacob.
"We have been searching for Irene here and there for a long
time without proper rest. Even today Stephne has gone to
submit a report to the media and newspaper and when she
comes back, I will go to another city in order to search for Irene.
Due to drinking, we never realized about our daughter, it is a
very shameful feeling, it feels worst", replies Ben.
"We humans are very late in terms of self-realization. When we
realize the importance of something's existence, it never
remains at the same position. Those are lucky who get another
chance and get that thing again in their life to make everything
perfect once again", says Father Jacob.

"I have found your daughter, she is in the Netherlands right

"Yes, I found a post in social media where a boy posted about
Irene with her photo. He mentioned his phone number in his
post, so I talked to him and told him about you. Here is the

"Sir look at this viral video which is tagged in
Amsterdam, this video is trending a lot", says Marion and sends
a video.
"Okay, I will watch it later. You may go now", orders Caprio and
plays the video which has shocked him and he immediately
makes his way to his home. "Where is Anne?", he asks.
"She is sleeping in her room, why? Is there anything wrong?
You have come too early today, what is the matter?", asks his
wife.
"Look what your daughter has done, come here and watch
this", says Caprio and shows the video.

"What? No way, I can't believe this, never", replies his wife.
"Remember, she was wearing this dress yesterday", says
Caprio.
"Yes, and she went somewhere after you had left home
yesterday. But she told me that she was going to the city in
order to buy books and Adelina told me the same, so I gave
permission to go", replies his wife.
"Go and ask her what she did yesterday, I did not expect to face
such a shameful day in my entire life", mutters Caprio.
"Calm down, please, let me ask her. Sit down and relax, you
have a blood pressure issue", replies his wife.
"This is insane, is it possible to stay calm?", asks Caprio.
"Just calm down please. Drink some water, and I am going to
ask her about this", replies his wife and gives a glass of cold
water.

"You have tried many times to be a boss of criminals and
smugglers, but at the end of the day you visit jail and police
station. This time you are going to help us and as a reward, we
will give you bail", asserts Daan Lyuk.
"I know you will give me bail tomorrow even if I refuse your offer
and don't help you", replies Pepsi Jackson Dickhead.
"I am not your momma and it is not your momma's sweet home.
You will spend more than six months this time for sure if you
refuse as well as reject to help us. Sounds good?", asks Daan
Lyuk, who makes everyone laugh inside the police station.
"Pepsi do you know all the criminals of Amsterdam who are
associated with murders?", asks Daan Lyuk.
"I don't know their names, but I can figure out from their face
and I know the places where they make deals with others",
replies Pepsi.
"That will be enough, take us to those places", tells Daan Lyuk
and goes to some of the smuggling areas.

"Sir I have a question", says Pepsi.
"What is it?", asks Daan Lyuk. "What are you going to do with
those murderers?", asks Pepsi.
"Yes, you are on the right track now. Thank God you are
showing interest now, so listen, we are working on a murder
case which took place a few days ago in between Amsterdam
and De Wallen road. So, we tried our best to investigate and
locate the criminal, but nothing was found by us. Now, we have
come up with a new plan and strategy which is to identify each
of the murderers and to ask them about the incident", replies
Daan Lyuk.
"What if they later take revenge from me for showing them to
the police?", asks Pepsi.
"Don't worry, you will be fine. Now, show the murderers one by
one soon", says Daan Lyuk and they start catching criminals.
"You should not ask me for any help, it is not fair", says Pepsi.
"Because You can understand my problem more than anyone
else", replies Daan Lyuk.
"How do you know this?", asks Pepsi.

"Because you are a jolly as well as enthusiastic person", replies
Daan Lyuk.
"What is the pattern of a jolly and enthusiastic person? And how
is it associated with understanding one's feelings?", asks Pepsi.
"The person who laughs or cackles the most at eensy-weensy
things also has the ability to feel pain in extravagant magnitude
and this feeling is not something hypocritical rather than natural
itself", replies Daan Lyuk.
"I don't know what's wrong with our family, we lost Aida
first, then the shameful incident of Anne took place, oh God, as
if I am experiencing hell without death", says Caprio.
"You need to sleep, it's too late now. Everything will be fine
soon and Aida will return home one day", claims his wife. (Siren

"Hey look, police officers are here. They are coming now, we
should open the door and let them in", asserts Caprio peeking
from the window.
"Let's ask them first what they want", replies his wife. (Caprio
opens the door)
"Mr. Caprio? We are from Amsterdam Police Station and we
want to talk about your missing daughter Aida", says the
sergeant.
"Yes, please come", replies Caprio. "Sorry for the delay, we all
were investigating a murder case which was ordered by high
commands, so I hope you understand. Sir Daan Lyuk has given
me the responsibility to solve your case and therefore, I want to
know more about the incident from you", tells the sergeant.

"Freya, have you seen my blue t-shirt?", asks Zeph.
"Nope, you can wear the yellow one, it suits you", replies Freya.
"I am not searching for it to wear, actually I am packing my bag
for tomorrow", says Zeph.
"So you are preparing to go back for ever, aren't you?", asks
Freya.
"I don't know", replies Zeph.
"What? I knew it, you will leave me alone forever. You are a
liar", says Freya.
"Cool dude, chill, I am just kidding. I won't leave you forever",
assures Zeph.
"I am serious, and don't try to cover up. You will go back
tomorrow and will forget about me evermore", says Freya. "Oh
no, you have started the same chapter again. Okay listen, don't
forget to communicate with Father Jacob and Mr. Ben, all you
need is to reply to whatever they ask about your location. They

will be here soon to bring Irene back and after this, you will be
free from all responsibilities and will be able to live your life the
wayyou want", asserts Zeph.
"I know that, don't teach me what to do. I just hate cheaters and

a ticket for me too, but you didn't do that which proves your fake

they are from Dutch-DEA", replies Marion.

DEA agent.
"Yes, I have been running this brothel for the last couple of
years", replies Caprio.
"Alright, Mr. Caprio you have been running a bar alongside the
brothel. Am I right?", asks the agent.
"Yes, we do", replies Caprio.
"Perfect, now tell us from where do you buy everything in order
to run the bar?", asks the agent.
"It is not certain, we buy all the products from everywhere and
sometimes, we order it from different regions or countries. But
why are you asking this sir?", replies Caprio.
"Did you order your products from a big smuggler a few days
ago?", asks the agent.
"Yes, we ordered some beers, whiskeys and wines", replies

"And Mr. Caprio we would like to inform you that a team of
police found illegal drugs in the vehicle which was carrying your
order. It means you are using drugs in the drinks of your
customers probably just to increase your business and we have
come here to check this fact", tells the agent.
"What? No way, we never did it and I did not order any drug
from the smuggler. I just ordered beers, whiskeys and wines and
that man offered me a huge discount for everything ", replies
Caprio.
"Our team has investigated every corner of your brothel, but we
have found nothing illegal. But before taking further steps, we
want to investigate your home", asserts the agent.
"Okay sir, as you want. You can go with me now to investigate, I
am ready", replies Caprio. "I like your honesty Mr. Caprio, let's
go then. We must do our duty to investigate according to the
order", says the agent.
"No problem, I can understand", replies Caprio and takes them
to his house.

(Ring of doorbell) "What's wrong?", asks his wife.
"They are from Dutch-DEA and they have come to investigate
our house, let them inside", replies Caprio.
"But why?", asks his wife.
"I will tell you, let them do their work first", replies Caprio and
they two sit on the sofa talking to each other. The DEA team has
started investigating, first of all they go to check each and every
room in the ground floor along with the kitchen, but there is
nothing which can be considered as illegal. So, they move
ahead and go to check the second floor and consequently they
check the rooms of Aida and Adelina. The sudden entry of the
team makes Adelina uncomfortable as it is quite unexpected for
her and she runs towards the ground floor in order to ask her
parents about the matter. Thus, the same kind of feeling occurs
in Anne too when the team enters her room and as a result, she
has to leave her room. "Mom, who are they?", asks Anne. "They
are from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Come here and
sit down", replies her mother.
"Mom please tell them not to check my room", Anne requests.

"We can't do it. Just sit down and relax", replies her mother.
"Mr. Caprio please come here", says the agent.
"Yes sir, wait I am coming", replies Caprio looking at his wife
strangely.
"Can you explain about this packet?", asks the agent.
"What is this? I really don't know about this thing", replies
Caprio.
"Officer check this packet", asks the agent and one of his
teammates opens the packet and tries to know what it smells
like.
"It is cocaine sir", replies the teammate.
"What? Cocaine? But how is it possible? I don't even know how
to take cocaine. And why would I keep it in my daughter's
room?", says Caprio in shock.
"Look Mr. Caprio, we have found it in your house and it does
not matter whether it is in your room or your daughter's. You will
be punished for keeping illegal drugs in your house", tells the
agent.
"Please sir, wait let me ask my daughter first", says Caprio and

calls Anne in the room. "Anne, do you know about this packet?",
asks Caprio.
"No", replies Anne in fear.
"They are going to punish me for this illegal drug called
cocaine, so please reveal the truth. They are here to investigate
whether I do the business of drugs or not'', asks Caprio, but gets
no any answer from his daughter and he stops asking anymore
after realizing the fact that his daughter takes drug and thus, he
turns his head downward because of shame in front of the entire
DEA team and he has surrendered himself as a criminal though he

did not commit any crime.

Daan Lyuk’s Retirement
"I just saw a person carrying a dead body in the car and he
parked the car near the lake", says the criminal.
"Where did you see this?", asks Daan Lyuk.
"In between Amsterdam and De Wallen", replies the criminal.
"Then?", asks Pepsi.
"That person threw the dead body in the lake and left the place
immediately", replies the criminal.
"Did you notice the number of the car?", asks Pepsi.
"No, but it was a red van", replies the criminal.
"And what were you doing there during that time when you saw
the person?", asks Daan Lyuk.
"I was coming back from De Wallen", replies the criminal.
"Okay, sergeant go and collect information about the owners of
red vans in both the De Wallen and Amsterdam areas. And one
thing is damn sure that the murderer is not a professional one as
he was not able to throw the dead body properly in the lake for
which a truck driver saw it easily from the road", says Daan Lyuk

and sends his sergeants to De Wallen and Amsterdam.
"Can you explain about the appearance of the person?", asks
Pepsi.
"I could not observe the person properly due to rain, even
though it was difficult to know whether the person was male or
not. In addition, he was wearing a long gray rain-coat and a hat
which made it hard for me to see the actual person", replies the
criminal.
"Why should I believe you?", asks Pepsi.
"Because I am not asking you to believe me, I am just telling
you what I saw that day. And I won't get any kind of profit in any
way whether I tell this or not, so there is nothing to doubt",
replies the criminal.
"Okay then, you may go now. But don't forget to note down your
contact details before leaving so that we can call you later
whenever we need your help", asserts Daan Lyuk.
"Sure", replies the criminal and after providing his contact
details, he has left the place.
"What do you think Pepsi?", asks Daan Lyuk.

"I think we can trust the words of a criminal, because they do
what they say and they are careless for which they reveal the
truth without any hesitation. He may be a criminal, but it does
not mean that he is a liar", replies Pepsi. "This is what I am
thinking exactly, let's investigate further and I hope it will work
this time", says Daan Lyuk.
"Just do it soon please, we are gonna be late", yells Ben
looking at his wrist.
"Hold on, I am almost ready to go", replies Stephne.
"You have been telling this for the last couple of minutes", says
Ben.
"Still we have one hour, so we will reach before time. There is
no need to worry", replies Stephne.
"There are some other things also in the airport to do before

sitting inside the flight, please hurry", says Ben.
"Just a minute", replies Stephne and locks the main door from
outside. "Let's go now", she says and sits inside the car.
"The flight will take more than three hours to reach Amsterdam
and don't ask for alcohol inside the plane", says Ben.
"I won't. I swear to God I will leave all these habits if I find my
daughter once again, I just want to get her back and I feel guilty
for all those rustic behavior that I did", replies Stephne and
bewails.
"The grief of money and our company had made us so dazzled
that we forgot to see the most precious wealth of our life", says
Ben.
"At least I could treat her well, but I didn't. I can't live with this
sorrow anymore", says Stephne.
"Relax, everything is gonna be fine now and we will get our
daughter back soon", asserts Ben and starts the journey
towards the airport.

don't think they know anything about that day", says Daan Lyuk.
"Only one owner left now", replies Pepsi.
"Yes, sergeant, what is the name of the next owner?", asks
Daan Lyuk.
"His name is Mr. Decosta and according to our information, he
is an unmarried and fully religius man and people consider him
as a gentleman who always suggests others to follow religion"
replies the sergeant.
"Anything else?", asks Daan Lyuk.
"He is around fifty five years old", replies the sergeant.
"I don't think that such religius man can commit any crime",
says Daan Lyuk.
"As Religion is the biggest and greatest business in the present
time, so a follower of such a business can also commit any
crime without any hesitation. Do you know the dark side of

"A policeman has no religion, so I really don't know about it",

"Cult is the dark as well as hidden side of a religion and a crazy
follower of religion may perform cult or such activities without
any doubt and as you know most of the cult activities are illegal.
So, a religious man can also commit crimes for his deep faith",
expresses Pepsi.
"Impressive, that is why I seeked help from you in this case
Pepsi. You are as intelligent as hawkshaw", praises Daan Lyuk.
"I want to be free from jail, so let's solve it as soon as possible",
replies Pepsi.

girlish voice.

murderer used a red van to hide a dead body in a lake outside
the town, so we are investigating the case and are asking all the
owners of the red van in the whole area", replies Daan Lyuk.

"I did not expect to meet such a strange person", whispers

"Does it matter?", replies the man.
"Not actually, I am just asking to know you better", says Daan
Lyuk. "Come to the point and ask me which is necessary for
you", answers the man.
"You probably heard about a dead body that was found nearby
a lake outside the town", asks Daan Lyuk.
"Yes, I got to know from a news channel", replies the man.
"I think everyone in the town had heard about this incident
before it was broadcasted in news channel", says Daan Lyuk.
"Actually, I have been spending the whole day inside the house
for a few days, so I really don't know what's going on in the city

"Okay, tell me when did you use your van last time?", asks
Daan Lyuk.
"A month ago", replies the man.
"Is there anyone else who drives your van except you?", asks
Pepsi.
"No, I don't have any driver and I don't provide my van to
others", replies the man.
"Okay, Mr. Decosta you will have to come to the police station
tomorrow. We will discuss this topic briefly", requests Daan.
"No, I can't go anywhere. Ask me here whatever you want to
ask", replies the man.
"Fine, then we will visit you again. But before going back, we
want to scrutinize your house if you don't mind", asks Daan.
"But why? What did I do?", asks the man.
"Sorry Mr. Decosta, we must do our duty", replies Daan and
orders the sergeants to inspect each and every corner of the
house and finally they have gone back to the police station at
last.

"Hey I tried to call you, but it was unreachable", says the

beautiful woman inside the train.
"I was in the Netherlands and the sim did not work there
properly. I was using another sim there which was a local
network available only in the Netherlands", replies Zeph.
"You could leave a text message from your new number", tells

"I wanted some space from everything and I wanted to restart
my life once again", replies Zeph. "That's good, we need to
spend time alone sometimes. It's okay, just tell me will you come

live life. All I want is just a job and I will settle down with my
love", replies Zeph.

"The color of his face was different from the color of his arms
and fingers. This type of tanning issues are usually seen among

time. But, Mr. Decosta spends more time inside the house, so it
is strange to find such complexity in his skin. Another major
aspect was the whole appearance where his upper body was
looking bulk and lower body was looking too thin", replies Pepsi.
"Salute to your observation man, but as far as I could observe, I
saw a dehydrated face only", says Daan.
"I have found this man more mysterious than the other two
owners. I was looking constantly at his face and trust me it
looked as if there was another person behind the face", tells
Pepsi.
"How is it possible?", asks Daan.
"It is possible during this period of time through a silicone mask
and it looks quite realistic", replies Pepsi.

will reveal the truth", tells Daan.
"That's what I am trying to say", says Pepsi.
"Sergeant, I want a clear picture of Mr. Decosta either from any
document or from any CCTV footage as soon as possible",
orders Daan.
"Alright sir", replies the sergeant.

collected someone else's pictures."
"No sir, these are the actual pictures of Decosta", replies the
sergeant, "we have confirmed it."
"But we have seen a completely different man as Mr. Decosta",
tells Daan, "And there is a huge difference between the man
behind these pictures and the man that we saw behind the
door."
"So, my doubt has become worthy now. Yes, I was absolutely
right", claims Pepsi, "This person is trying hard to look like Mr.
Decosta and he has just given himself an appearance of a fifty
five years old man and thus, he is pretending to be Mr.
Decosta."
"But, the reality may be something else and we have to

persuade him to tell the truth", tells Daan, "Now All we have to
do is to ensure the identity of the person. Let's do it for the last

"Come out, someone wants to meet you", says the Jailer.

"Sit down Caprio, it's me", tells Cartrej, "I know you never sold
drugs and you did not even order from me except alcoholic
drinks. Look, the gangster himself has come here to extricate

"Don't help me Mr. Cartrej", replies Caprio, "I am just tired of my

replies Cartrej, "My driver will drop you."
(Doorbell) "What do you want now?", asks Mr. Decosta, "I
have already told you that I don't know about the incident."
"Sorry for the disturbance, we must do our duty", replies Daan
Lyuk, "Don't worry, we are going to sort out everything this time
which is hidden behind something."
"What do you mean?", asks Decosta, "I am not hiding anything."

"Don't you ask us to sit inside?", asks Daan, "You should be
comfortable with us."
"I am an introvert", replies Decosta, "So I don't feel comfortable
with anyone around me."
"At least ask us to sit inside of your home, it is a part of

Daan, "Don't you think that you are giving more value to your
personality rather than humanity?"
"You are embarrassing me now", replies Decosta, "You can
come inside and have a seat."
"You are on the right path now, thank you for your honesty",
says Daan, "So, Mr. Decosta, I really don't want to take your
precious time and without any delay, we want to check your
identity, driving license and other documents ."
"May I know the reason?", asks Decosta.
"We have come across different records associated with Mr.
Decosta, and trust me we have found a completely different
picture of the person. We collected video footage and even a
copy of your driving license as well as a clear picture from a

your game is over now and you can surrender yourself. Stop
pretending to be Mr. Decosta and tell us about him."
"Okay, let me show you my identity", replies Decosta, "It's my
turn now, just wait a minute."
(After a minute) "Here is my identity", says Decosta, "You can
leave me alone now."
"Sergeant, check the identity in the device", orders Daan, "We
left the device inside the car."
"Let me bring other documents too", disrupts Decosta, "I am
going to clear this for the last time, and don't visit me ever after
this."
"Sure", replies Daan, "I will try my best not to visit this place
again."
After a while, Daan hears a broken sound of glass, but
he ignores it and waits for the sergeant to know about the
identity. The sergeant enters holding the device in his hand and
shows it to Daan Lyuk. "Sir look at this, I have filled in the same
identity numbers and it is showing a different picture of Mr.
Decosta", says the sergeant, "We were right, this person is not

the actual one."
"He has gone to bring his other documents", replies Daan, "Let
him come first."
"All she wants is just your love and attention", says Freya, "So
please don't forget to show these to her, it is my humble request
and take care of her."
"For sure, thank you for taking care of our daughter. There is no
way to pay back for your extraordinary effort", replies Ben, "We
will always be thankful, I hope we will meet once again when
Irene grows up."
"Bye, I will call you everyday", says Irene, "And I promise I
won't forget about you."

"Bye dear", replies Freya with a smile, "I will miss you a lot."
They leave toting their daughter with them that has
turned the life of Freya solitary once again. She closes the door
and sits on the sofa thinking about Zeph and suddenly, someone
knocks the door calling her name. "Yes", she says after opening
the door.
"Are you Miss. Freya?", asks the man, "We have a parcel to
deliver."
"Yes, myself Freya", replies Freya, "But I did not order
anything."
"No madam, someone sent it for you", says the man, "It may be
someone you know."
"From where?", she asks.
"I don't know medum, I think you will get the information inside
of it", replies the man, "Just accept it, that's all you have to do
for
now."
"Fine", she says, "Thank you." She closes the door and
unboxes the parcel where she finds a ring and a letter. At first,

she becomes happy as she thinks it is from Zeph and she
eagerly reads the letter. But, it is actually from Goldie who
proposes to her for marriage and suggests not to think about
Zeph anymore, because he knows that Zeph has gone for ever.
The latter makes Freya more angry than anything else and she
burns it as well as throws the ring outside the window.
"Where is he?", asks Daan, "Pepsi please go and
call her here soon."
"Okay, wait", replies Pepsi. (A few seconds later) "Sir, he is not
here", yells Pepsi.
"What? Let me check", says Daan, "Look at this, he broke this
windowpane and ran away. Sergeant, send a picture of this
person to every police outpost nearby Amsterdam and send a

special team to catch him. He can't escape from us and it is not
possible to leave the city within a short period of time. Common,
let's go."
(After a while) "It's Sergeant Johny reporting, we have found the
person", informs the sergeant through the transceiver, "I repeat
we have found the person."
"Good job sergeant", says Daan, "Just bring him to the police
station."
"Yes sir", replies the sergeant.
(A few moments later) "So, you were trying to escape", says
Daan, "You can't do it man, just reveal yourself now."
"I don't know how to share everything", replies Decosta, "I had
no choice during that time."
"Just reveal the truth, that's all you have to do", tells Daan,
"Otherwise, it will be more painful for you and you will suffer a
lot of torture."
"Okay, I am ready to share everything", replies Decosta and
unmasks himself as well as removes the voice changing device,
"It's me for whom you got a missing report a few days ago."
"A girl? Wait, I saw you somewhere", asserts Daan, "Sergeant I

Aida, "Even I feel gruesome whenever I remember it."
"You can trust us", says Daan, "Just tell us what happened to
Mr. Decosta?"
"Water please, I need water", asks Aida.
"Pepsi give her a bottle of water", orders Daan and Pepsi brings
a bottle from a table and gives it to Aida.
"I met Decosta at the local church for the first time and I found
him to be a completely religious kind of person who looked
gentle as well as trustable. He started teaching me about
religion and even taught me how to deal with my problems, so
he became a close friend of mine within a few days", shares
Aida, "I started sharing everything with him and he listened to it
willingly and gave different advice. After a few days, he started

sweats a lot in fear, "When I closed my eyes he took a cutlass

to see me awake as he had mixxed a kind of powerful sleeping
substance in the juice, but he tried again at last to bring me on
the concrete bed forcefully. Finally, when I had tried to protect
myself, he was stabbed by me with his cutlass and he died after
a while. I was scared by his death and I did not want to report
about the murder to police, so later I decided to hide the
dead body."
"Where did you hide it?", asks Daan.
"I wore a long coat and used his van to throw his dead body in
a lake outside the city. I came back and cleaned the basement
which was full of blood, later I decided to go to my home to
share about the incident, but did not do so in fear as well as
confusion. The house was quite good and luxurious and there

declaring the murder as an accident during self-defense."

sorry for that", she replies, "The incident ruined my logical

today which were quite like crimes", mutters Daan, "Okay, let's
come to the main point, do you have any evidence that shows
Mr. Decosta tried to kill you?" "I don't have it now, but I can
prepare the evidence if you allow me", she replies, "And you can

"Okay, Done", replies Aida.
"And we are calling your family", asserts Daan, "They are dying
to see you. Finally, my duty ends here and I can retire now with

The Settlement
The clock of patience prolongs
The rock of waiting in ocean of sadness throngs,
When there is no vessel to reach shore
She commences submerging in despair as a chore.
As the time passes, she becomes so tedious and
soulless that she almost forgets to keep herself clean as well as
eat properly. Her weight has decreased and her under eye
circles become more visible and dark as well. In her solitary life,
she finds the deeds of her three lovers as torture from which she
wants to escape, but she can't afford to shift to another place as
she does not have her job anymore. She has a last way to
survive which is to look for another job, but her will power won't
let her do so as she has been exhausted by everything which is
happening around her without her fault. She knows that the
owner of her room won't let her stay here for long if she does not

She has no other option except checking her phone for any kind
of text message or call. She even opens a social networking
website and sends friend request to Zeph and waits a few days,
but gets no response.
The wild plum tree that once bloomed in every season

By now, many seasons have gone standing adoor
And it does not bloom anymore.
After a few days, when the landlord warns her for
payment, she goes in search of a job to the brothel where she
worked once under Caprio. Unfortunately, she has found that

owner has gone. Later, in order to stay at the same location, she

starts working in a coffee shop from where she gets a tiny
amount of money as a salary that helps her from being
homeless. One day, during her working time, someone steals
her phone from the charging point that has caused her more
broken as well as upset and thus, she has lost the last way to
communicate with Zeph. Her financial condition is not stable
enough and she will have to wait for a couple of weeks in order
to buy a new phone. But, there is another girl working at the
same coffee shop who lets her phone to use and within a short
time, they become good friends of each other and Freya has
shared everything about her past. Her friend also sends friend
request to Zeph, but gets no response and when she checks his
profile, she finds that Zeph has already crossed the limit of five
thousands friends, so he won't get any friend request anymore
and the feature of commenting on his post is disabled for
strangers except the people of his friend list. But, she tries her
best to communicate and Freya always asks her about that
whenever she meets her and thus, time starts fading, but she
never finds any clue about Zeph. Her friend finds it difficult to

see Freya in such an emotionally broken way, so she suggests
not to think about such an imprudent person and advocates her
not to destroy her beauty as well as youthfulness for such a
person, because Zeph may not feel the way she does. She also
recommends Freya to overcome everything and she ought to
enjoy her life. Her friend knows better how to sow hatred inside
someone for another person, so she starts criticism of Zeph
indicating him as perfidious and with the course of time, she has
succeeded in propagandizing Freya. Psychologically, she
supersedes all the love for Zeph into pure hatred and it really
works in suppressing her pain. Though she has recovered from
her sufferings, there remains a tiny amount of love for Zeph in a
corner of her heart which she does not show to her friend
anymore. Thus, two more years have passed and she attends
the wedding of her friend who is the second most important

alone and he is preparing to fly from Amsterdam to Germany.

without wasting any time, he goes to meet his boss Cartrej.

I lost my respect in front of everyone", replies Caprio.
"You are such a scoundrel even after realizing that you are
equally responsible for the birth of those girls and you probably

know, you were expecting profit from them too, but they have

"Mind your language Mr. Cartrej", yells Caprio, "You don't have
the right to interfere in my personal life."
"It may be bitter, but it is true and you can consider yourself as
cruel, because you have not tried to revive your daughters
giving them another chance to live a better life and as a father,
you have not encouraged them to rectify their life once again",
adduces Cartrej, "You know what, I can kill you within a second,
but I don't want to bear the sins of such a cruel man who is
nothing more than a freak."
"Alright then, Why don't you take their responsibility if you really
feel bad for them?", asks Caprio.
"Yes, that's what I can do right now. Where is the papers of the
brothel?", asks Cartrej placing a cigarette in the corner of his
mouth.

"The papers are with me, but I am not going to make a deal
with you anymore, sorry', replies Caprio.
"I am not going to make a deal", says with a smile and
insinuates one of his guards.
"Then?", asks Caprio in confusion.
"I am going to despoil it from you", replies Cartrej and his guard
takes Caprio inside pulling his collar.
"What the hell are you doing? Wait Mr. Cartrej, tell your guard to
leave me", Caprio yelps, "Mr. Cartrej, Mr. Cartrej please, how
can you do this to me? Please, let me go, I have nothing except
this property, please Mr. Cartrej."
"You deserve it, good bye", replies Cartrej.
"I am really sorry Mr. Cartrej for my behavior, please don't do
this to me", requests Caprio, "I am begging you, please let me
go."
"It would be better if you say sorry to your loyal father in his
grave'', says Cartrej, "You left your father for your greed and
now, the brothel is going to leave you for the same."

"Give this freak a special care package including electric shock
and prepare him for prehospital emergency care if he does not
hand over the papers'', orders Cartrej to his guard, "If the plan
doesn't work, just kill him."
After a few days, Mr. Cartrej sends one of his
followers to call the elder son of Caprio who now lives with his
mother in a homeless shelter nearby the city. He is quite gentle
and possesses the qualities of a responsible man and the only
negative aspect of him is that he has left his studies in order to
afford a full time meal for his mother and himself. The follower
of Cartrej finds Camron working in a shop who is struggling with
his role as a worker and finally, he has been brought from there.
"Boss, here is the boy, we have found him working in a shop",
says the follower.
'`What is your name, boy?", asks Cartrej.

"Camron", replies the boy.
"So, you are looking for a comfortable job, aren't you?", asks
Cartrej.
"I was", replies Camron, "But how do you know this?"
"Now that's a good question", responds Cartrej, "Actually, we
found someone who told us about you. I think he belongs to
you."
"Who is he? Let me see him", asks Camron.
"Okay, wait, have a seat first", replies Cartrej with a smile and
makes a phone call. After a while, a man brings a kid inside the
room where Mr. Cartrej and Camron are talking.
"Aprinov is it you?", asks Camron, "Oh my god, how did you
end up here?"
"Yes, This uncle brought me here and gave me many
chocolates and treats", replies little Aprinov.
"Ha ha! He is very adorable and he has shared everything
about you and your family", tells Cartrej.
"He is saying that you brought him here, but from where did you
get him?", asks Camron. “Caprio came here to sell his house as

well as his brothel and he was about to leave this country with
your brother. When I came to know about you and your entire
family, I refused to buy his property as he was going to leave
you all in a worst situation without any financial support. We had
a really bad time and I opposed him in his decision sending my
man to bring your younger brother here and I subtracted the
papers of his home as well as the brothel”, replies Cartrej,
“These properties belong to you and your family now, take it.”
“I don’t know how to express my gratitude, I will always be
thankful. I don’t want the papers of the brothel, just provide us
our house back and give me a durable job. That will be enough”,
says Camron.
“As your wish, I am quite happy with your decision. You can join
us from tomorrow and trust me, you will love your job",
propounds Cartrej, "Just take care of your brother along with
entire family and inform me whenever you need any kind of
help."
"May I ask something?", asks Camron.
"Yes, why not", replies Cartrej.

"Why are you helping me and my family?", interrogates Camron.
"I am just helping the past version of myself, that's it and you
won't understand this now. I will tell you everything when you
grow up", replies Cartrej. "Okay sir, thank you so much. We
should leave now, let's go Aprinov '', asserts Camron.
"Listen, take this as your first salary and shift your family to your
old house as soon as possible. It may reduce the suffering and
pressure of your entire family and listen, you can call me either
Grandfather or Boss ", offers Cartrej.

The cloud above the plum tree narrates
Her misadventure cipher with tragic fates,
That taints her beauty like pale
Twirling the English rose into Corpse flower that looks stale.
Five years have gone and many things have
permuted with the course of time in Freya's life. Her physical
appearance shows the sign of a mundane person with her
trimmed hair and now, it is difficult to ascertain or identify her
as Freya. The most beautiful prostitute has turned into a middle
aged woman due to over stress and she has nothing to do as a
worker except waiting for a painless sudden death. In these
years, she has gained the necessary wealth to live the life of a
homeless person. Because of the high amount of rent, she left
her room two years ago and bought a van and started living a
nomad life. She manages to do everything inside the van,
parking it around different places, but what is more significant is

that she spends at least three days in front of the building where
she had a room once. On asking, she never shares the actual
reason behind parking her van in front of the building except
giving illogical answers to kids who often visit her and most of
the time she considers it as priceless memories which bring her
here in front of her old room.
"Who is she in the picture?", asks a little boy, "Is she your
sister?"
"You are not good at guessing at all", replies Freya, "That's me
in the picture."
"What? no way, and who is the guy standing next to you in the
picture?", asks the boy.
"I made him the sailor in the ocean of my dream and the
butterfly of my hope, but he took these temporarily for a few
days like a stranger and finally, he disappeared considering it as
a short vacation", replies Freya, "Many years passed away, but
he never came back again to rejoin."
"What are you talking about? I think you need a therapist right
now", tells the boy, "My mother is a therapist and she can help

you in this situation."
"You won't understand buddy, just leave it", replies Freya, "I
have a request for you, will you keep it?"
"What's that? okay, just go ahead", asserts the boy.
"Don't give fake commitment to a girl and don't tell her to wait
for too long, because a girl can wait till her death and it really
hurts waiting for too long. If you are not really interested in the
relationship with her, just let her know this and just tell her to
move on and please never ever lie to her keeping herself waiting
for you in the future", suggests Freya, " I hope you will keep this
request when you grow up."
"Sounds good", replies the boy and Freya starts her van and
goes to enjoy the natural surroundings amid nature. She has
become more attached to nature that carries her to spend first
days of the week among those places, and mostly, she likes to
sit near a lake for which she has to travel through a hill. She
goes underwater and often dives in the lake and reclines there
like a lifeless oyster for a long time.

The clock of patience stops
The rock of waiting in ocean of sadness plops,
When he sends a tiny boat to reach shore
In the form of last hope afore.
As usual, she is travelling back to the city in order
to spend the last three days in front of the building and it is
quite a normal day for her which is full of raining along with
clouds and these are not bothering her in her driving at all as if
they really want her to go to her destination today. The shedding
tears of clouds on earth have stopped other vehicles as well as
road workers except her and it seems like the clouds are helping
her to drive fast and to reach her destination as soon as possible.
She parks her van in front of the building and relaxes herself
inside the van as she has travelled such a long way continuously.
She is tired now and the deep rain causes her to close her eyes
and within a few minutes, she falls asleep. She awakes and sits
on the bed inside her campervan and pours coffee from her
coffee maker or brewer into a cup and starts drinking while

looking outside through the small window at the same time. The
rain starts fading away slowly and has stopped at a moment
when Freya observes a man who is shivering outside under a
tree. The man in a long soaked coat is trying to dry off his face,
long beard and his hairs, but that eventually has not stopped his
shivering and he approaches.
"Taking off your coat may help you I guess", asserts Freya.
"Of course, And I have to change my clothes before getting the
flu", says the man, "Is there any cloth store here?"
"Go straight and take left, if your luck is good you will find a
store there", replies Freya.
"Thank you", says the man.
"No problem", replies Freya.
(After a while)
"Things have become too expensive these days, this coat has
costed me the salary of my entire month", says the man.
"That is why I left the luxurious one and choosed this nomad

life", replies Freya.
"So, you travel around different places, don't you?", asks the
man and turns his head towards the building.
"I do", replies Freya, "What are you looking at?"
"Actually, I am looking for a room to stay as I am new here",
replies Freya.
"Then you are looking at the right building", tells Freya, "You
can stay there paying rent, but it's expensive too like your new
coat"
"That's quite predictable, thank you", tells the man, "See you
later then"
In these years, many things have taken place in the
life of Camron and his family too. He is now the new godfather
of gangster or mafia who has taken the position of Mr. Cartrej
after his death and Mr.Cartrej himself gave his position to
Camron when Mr. Cartrej was counting his last breath. Camron
has united his sisters restoring positivity in their life once again

and he is trying to fulfil their childhood dreams. Though he does
not have any academic qualification or degree, he is trying to
achieve these through his brother Aprinov giving him admission
in an expensive college. On the other hand, Caprio is not a rich
businessman anymore rather than a hermit who has been
spending the entire time inside his father's home alone in
Germany and is going to be homeless soon because he has not
paid the loan amount that he once took for a new business
which did not run at all. It seems like he is just living as a dead
person who is engaged with his grief within himself and does not
want to face the present as well as upcoming days anymore. He
has realized whatever he did to his father, his family, his
employees for which he feels guilt more than anything else.
Furthermore, Freya spends the whole day inside
her van and after a few hours, the man visits her again. They
start talking with each other and they have created a strong
friendship within a few hours. After many years, Freya has

talked to someone for a long time and it really helps her in
maintaining her mental peace and it teaches her that life is still
very beautiful. Thus, they talk whenever they meet without
sharing their past and mostly, their topic remains the same as
the topic of old being.
"Okay Mr. Long Beard I have to leave now", says Freya.
"Where?", asks the man.
"I told you that", replies Freya, "After spending almost three
days here, I travel around different places in order to feel
calmness"
"That's so cool", says the man.
"Don't say this kind of line, please", states Freya.
"Relax, it is just nothing more than a sentence", replies the
man.
"It brings back memories of something which I don't want to
remember", she says.
"I can understand, okay I will try not to repeat these kind of
sentences", he asserts, "Enjoy your day"
"Now that's better, thank you", replies Freya, "And when will you

leave this place?"
"Tomorrow probably", says the man.
"Okay, good luck", asserts Freya, "I hope we won't meet again"
"Ha Ha! Good luck", replies the man, "Bye, it was nice to meet
you"
The day is splendid for travelling and she takes the
pleasure of driving through zig zag ways and the chirping as well
as squawking of birds attract her attention for a long time as if
they are trying to tell her something flying above her van. After
driving a long way she stops her van and goes to prepare her
lunch from the driving seat to the backside of her van. When she
enters, she sees the coat of Mr. Long Beard on her portable
table inside her van, but that's not a big deal as she knows that
Mr. Long Beard is a rich businessman for whom a coat is
nothing and he won't think about it for too long. She just simply
keeps it in her small luggage compartment and suddenly, a
purse drops on her hand from the coat which has made the

matter quite complex now. The purse has turned her simple
expression into critical and now, it is something to be worried
about and she must give it back to Mr. Long Beard. She does
not have his phone number too, so decides to return just after
her lunch and she starts preparing her meal without wasting
time. After a few minutes, while she is eating, the purse attracts
her attention and she has failed to resist her hand to open it.
She finds sawbucks, fivers and bank cards along with his
identity card which are the most essential for a person to live
during this period of time, so she simply keeps them again
inside the purse and continues eating. But, her curiosity makes
her pick the purse once again and she checks the identity card
of Mr. Long Beard to know more about him, because she never
asked him to introduce himself in front of her. When she reads
the name, address along with observing the picture on the card,
it is here that her life takes a sharp turn giving the feeling of
butterflies in her stomach.

It is something that is beyond her expectation as
well as imagination for which she was despairing years ago. It
has made her completely blank for a few minutes and she really
doesn't know what to do now rather than return to the city as
soon as possible. As a result, when she comes back in reality
and realizes the fact that Mr. Long Beard is Zeph himself, she
stops eating and goes to the driving seat immediately. She
drives furiously as if it is the last day of her life for which her van
has undergone severe damage, but she doesn't mind it and
continues driving at the same speed. She is crashing everything
that comes in her way, even the traffic signals have failed to stop
her and the most funny thing for onlookers is that the van does
not have it's roof now and still, she is driving at the same speed.
Finally, after a few hours, she has entered the city with her van
which only has its body frame now and still, it runs like a pro
racing car and when she reaches in front of the building, she
pulls the emergency brake which has caused a loud noise.
Everyone opens their window to see the matter and Freya runs

towards the building where Mr. Long Beard or Zeph took a room
and it is the same building where she had stayed. She does not
ask anyone about him as she knows where he is and she goes
straight to her old room and knocks at the door. She bawls Zeph
for a long time knocking at the door and even tries to open it,
but all these have not worked as there is no one inside the room
in reality.
The hope is going to hurt her once again and she
cries sitting next to the door. Thus, the sun sets and it seems
like she has slept on the floor covering herself with Zeph's coat
and suddenly, the door of the opposite room opens and
someone tries to awake her. When she opens her eyes she
realizes that it's Mr. Long Beard or Zeph who is calling her to
wake up.
"Why did you leave me? Why did you do that?", asks Freya.
"What?", asks Zeph.

"Why are you so late Zeph", asks Freya.
"I had no other option", replies Zeph, "But how do you know my
name?"
"Idiot, it's me, Freya", she replies.
"Oh my God, I am really sorry I did not recognise you for your
new look", tells Zeph, "Finally, we have met after a long time,
thank God."
"I tried to communicate several times through facebook, but you
never replied", replies Freya, "It's too late Zeph. Look at me, I
have become old now and I have lost my physical beauty"
"I had lost access to my old Facebook account, then I created a
new account and searched your name to communicate. But,
your account was in private mode, so I was not able to find your
account.", replies Zeph, "And I love you because of your interior
beauty, and as far as I know, dude you are still more beautiful
than anyone else."
"Then what the hell were you doing in the last couple of years if
you really wanted to come back idiot?", asks Freya, "I was dying
to see you."

trying to get a job only for you. I really had hard times those
days and at a certain point of time, I started a business to make
everything sooner, but that did not work at all", replies Zeph, "I
tried every possible way to reach here and I was really out of my

"Me too and it was difficult to breathe without you", she tells,
"You left your coat inside my van today."
"I have not realized about it, thank God. By the way, how did you
