Advertisement for various positions of Azim Premii Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI) funded Welfare
Actions for Incarcerated (WAFl)-program of three vears duration at the Department of Sociologv,
Aliearh Muslim University. Aliearh
Applications are Invited from eligible candidates on plain paper along with Curriculum Vitae with all relevant
documents for the following positions of the Programme entitled Welfare Actions for Incarcerated (WAFI).
The recruitment and the tenure are purely temporary basis primarily for a period of 12 months from the date
of appointment and can be extended subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected candidates. Details
of the positions are given below:

1. Programme Manager (01):

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in any discipline and having work experience in the relevant field with
proficiency in report writing and data management skills.

Salary: 35000 Per month (fixed)

2. Legal Associate (01):

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Law with a good academic record and work experience in the related field.
The candidate should also be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. This ensures that the candidate
has the legal authority to practice law and provide legal assistance to the incarcerated.

Salary: 18000 Per month (fixed)

3. Social Associate (01):

Eligibitity: Master's degree in Social Sciences with good academic record and work experience preferably in
the field of criminal justice settings.

Salary: 18000 Per month (fixed)

4. Accountant (01) (Part-Time):

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Commerce with experience in account management.

Salary: 13000 Per month (fixed)
