Registration or Naturalization as mentioned in Section D of the Passport Instruction Booklet
"Case No. 1 (A)(1), Case No. 1(A)(2), Case No. 1(A)(3) in Table 2: List of Applicant Categories
and Documents to be Submitted" available with the new Passport Application Form.

person, you could choose to submit the required documents to the Enquiry Officer at the Passport
Office on between 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM only from Monday to Friday (Except Wednesday). Entry
with Online Appointments Only.. If the service is rendered, please ignore this letter or please treat
this letter as cancelled.
