committed to our care and being unable to perform all those
very duties we have decided after you
consultation and prayerful reflection to appoint you as an
assistant to take
part in our pastoral vigilance and solicitude therefore in
accordance with the Norms of Canon 475 paragraph one we
hereby appoint you Reverend father ____________whose sound
Doctrine Integrity in Prudence are known to us from
practical experience as Vicar general of the Archdiocese
of______ you will
act as the Vicar General at venip nostrum according to Can. 477
§1
you are hereby granted all the powers faculties privileges honors
and precedence which are given to a vicar General for all the
matters in which it
is required by universal law by diocesan statutes and by the
approved constituted with exception however to judicial
Authority the judge in the
ecclesiastical Court of the archdiocese and of those
administrative acts which I
have reserved to myself or which require special mandate from
me
to promote good governance in good communication you are
required to be
reporting to me about more important matters which are both
those yet to be
completed and those already completed and you are never to act
contrary to the
intention in mind of the diocesan bishop according to Canon 480
this appointment shall take effect on July 3 2023 and will cease
according to the provisions of Canon 481

God.
This Letter of Appointment takes effect as of June 15, 2009 and is valid
for three (3) years or until revoked by me or my successor.
Given this 15th day of June 2009, at the Chancery Office, Bishop’s
Residence, Laoag City, duly signed and affixed with the seal of the
Diocese.
