1.5 Breaking in a New Machine
Your machine has been thoroughly adjusted and tested before shipment. However, initial operation
of the machine under severe conditions can adversely affect the performance of the machine or
shorten the machine life.
SANY recommends that you check a new machine before operation. During initial 1000 km, limit
rotation speed of engine and the maximum speed of truck during running-in should not exceed 50
km/h. Thereafter, improve rotation speed from low to high gradually to complete running-in. The
applicable -13 of the engine speed of the new machine

2. During the break-in period, try to let the machine run under different loads and different engine
speeds, and avoid the engine running in high-speed or low-speed areas for a long time;
3. When the new machine is running in, the maximum speed should not exceed 50 km/h, change
gears in time, the speed should not exceed 3/4 of the corresponding gear, and do not brake by
downshifting;

3. Hazard of fire
c) Identify the location of fire source, and under the precondition that the safety is ensured, use the
fire extinguisher to put out the fire. Please put out the fire from bottom to top. If the fire is too large,
please back off so as to avoid the danger.
d) While putting out the fire, ask other persons to report to fire brigade, seek for other appropriate

NOTICE
Risk of environmental pollution!
If fuel, oil, spent battery, plastics, tyre and similar rubber pieces, and detergent and similar liquid
go into soil, water, and sewer system, they could damage and contaminate the environment.
Monitor each leak on the mixer truck and repair it timely.
DANGER
Risk of injury or death!
Electrical shock will lead to personal injury or death. If the dump truck is exposed to electrical
shock, the life of all nearby persons is in danger. In severe weather such as rainstorm.
