Greetings!

Sir/Ma’am,

In view, to our previous discussion that your security manpower deploy in our store (CHCB Car-car) was
temporary due to ongoing construction. It was discuss also the approved manpower of your security
personnel to be deploy in our store is only three (3) as follows;

1. One (1) for Warehouse (Day Shift)

2. One (1) for Customer Entrance/Exit (Day Shift)
3. One (1) for Night Shift

For now you have four (4) security personnel deploy in our store. Therefore, I would like to inform in
your good office that the current security manpower you have will be remain until February 15, 2023.
Therefore, you should reduce your security manpower as approved by management into three (3)
security personnel after the date mentioned.
