towards the full and final settlement of the same . That the
Vendor hereby acknowl edges the receipt of the said sua and
releases the Vendee from any future li ability of payaent in
this transaction. That the Vendor alsG hereby declares and
tranfers the Scheduled mentioned property by the ABSOLUTE
SALE to the Vendee TO HAVE and TO HOLD the sane absolutely
forever together with all the rightS,title, 1ien
easements advantages and appurtenances pertaining in hich
the Vendor having respect of the Scheduled property.
2) That the Vendor has today handed over the vacant añd
peace ful physical possession of the Scheduled prepertyto
the Vendee and assures to keep indemn ified from all lossess
cOstS expensess damages and whatever may be the Vendee
shal I be put into re ason of any de fect in the title of the
Schedul ed property hereby conveyed.
3) That the Vendor further covenants with the Vendee that
if the Vendee shall be deprived of whole or any part On
account of any de fect in the title of the Vendor, Vendor
shall indemnify and compensate the Vendee against the same.
4) That the Vendee shal hold and en joy the Schedul ed
property as an absolute owner as Vendee likes without any
Coercion or hindrance ei ther from the Vendor or any others
whomsoever.
5) That the Schedule of Property is free from all
encumbrances, charges, sales, gifts, mortgages and Court
attachments etc.

6) That the l and effected by this docunent is not


assigned land as defined in Sec. 2(1) Act 9 of 1977.
