INVITATION TO LOCAL COMPETITIVE BID

1. Enat Bank invites all interested bidders for the supply of different materials which are written
under their lot mentioned below:

1. The Bid document shall be obtained from the Procurement & Facility Management Department, at
Enat Tower, 6th floor Kasanches, in front of the then Grand Yordanos Hotel, against payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) for each Lot at the Bank's Branch (Etege Taitu
Special Branch) during office hours on (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 AM, 1:00-4:15 PM and Saturday
8:00-11:45 AM) at the mentioned date and time in the table above.

1 Lot 1 500,000.00 (Birr Five Hundred Thousand only)
2 Lot 2 200,000.00 (Birr Two Hundred Thousand only)
2. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amount as per the table below in the form of
unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of opening or Cash
Payment Order (C.P.O).

Note: A bank guarantee issued from any branches of Enat Bank is not acceptable and is subject to
disqualification

3. All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the mentioned date and
time in the table at Enat Bank Procurement & Facility Management Department.

4. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who wish
to attend.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Enat Bank, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia,
Tel. 011 558 5664/011 558 5014,

6. Failure to comply any of the conditions from 2-4 above shall result in automatic disqualification.

7. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
