About us: Pharmapoint is a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Mumbai and


spread across 15 cities in PAN India. We specialize in Cold Chain Supply
Management and are distributors of critical care drugs at a PAN India level.

About the role: As the HR Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the
Human Resources function of the organization. You will play a crucial role in
developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align
with the overall business objectives. Your primary focus will be on attracting,
retaining, and developing top talent, fostering a positive work culture, and
ensuring compliance with all HR-related regulations and laws.

1 HR Strategy and Planning:


Responsibilities:  Develop and execute HR strategies that support the
organization's long-term goals and objectives.
 Collaborate with senior management to align HR
initiatives with the overall business strategy.
 Monitor HR trends and best practices, adapting them to
suit the company's needs.

2 Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:


 Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire high-
quality candidates for various roles.
 Implement effective sourcing strategies, including utilizing
job boards, social media, and networking.
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with external
recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition
partners.

3 Performance Management and Development:


 Design and implement performance management systems
that facilitate employee growth and development.
 Work with department heads to ensure performance
appraisals are conducted regularly and effectively.
 Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
4 Employee Relations:
 Promote a positive work environment and employee
engagement through effective employee relations
initiatives.
 Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a
fair and timely manner.
 Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve
retention strategies

5 Compensation and Benefits:


 Oversee the development and administration of
competitive compensation and benefits programs.
 Regularly review and benchmark compensation structures
to ensure market competitiveness.

6 Compliance and Policies:


 Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and
company policies.
 Keep abreast of changing employment laws and update
policies accordingly.
 Implement procedures to maintain a safe and healthy
work environment.

7 HR Metrics and Reporting:


 Develop and track HR metrics to measure the
effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
 Prepare and present reports to senior management on
HR-related activities and performance.

8 HR Budget and Resource Management:


 Develop and manage the HR department budget
effectively.
 Optimize the allocation of HR resources to meet the
organization's HR needs.

Candidate requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or


related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
 Proven experience as an HR leader or similar role, ideally with
[number] years of experience.
 In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
 Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire
and motivate teams.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
