Allocation:

There are signup channels where the host announces flight info with time,
place, briefing time, and everything you need!

To allocate first you must click on either the Yes emoji or the Maybe emoji. This
will inform the flight host if you are certain that you will be attending or if you
might attend the flight. Next, click on the emojis for the certification you have.
Only react with the certifications you have not the role you would like at the
flight. These consist of Captain, First Officer, Cabin Crew, and Ground Crew. Once
you have completed that you have finished allocating for a flight!

After you have allocated in the briefing sheet, you are NOT required to attend
the flight. But please do not intentionally lie since this will cause inconveniences
for the flight host.

Do not DM the host and beg for a role, the host will assign you a role based on
staff availability.

When the host pings you to join the game, you should do it. Latecomers may
not be allowed to attend the flight, even if they have allocated for that flight.

Flight Quota:

We have a quota here at South Pacific Airways for all staff. The quota is usually 5
flights per month for LR staff. Failure to meet this quota can result in termination
from SPA unless you have made an Inactivity Notice.

There are two types of Inactivity Notices, Leave of Absence (LOA) and Reduced
Activity.

LOA means you are in full inactivity and unable to attend flights. Reduced
Activity means you will be less active but can still attend flights.

If you apply for an LOA for more than 10 days, you can be excused from the
quota that month. But having LOA with less than 10 days will not excuse you
from the quota for that month.

If you apply for a Reduced Activity, you still need to fulfill your quota, but your
quota will be reduced.

Staff Dress Code:

We have a dress code here at South Pacific Airways. Your avatar has to be
professional, with realistic heads, skin colors, and hair colors. You should avoid
unrealistic accessories as well.

Your shirts and pants should also be appropriate, although we have uniforms
provided.

You do not need to buy our uniforms from the Roblox group, as you can find all
the uniforms in the staff room at the airports.

Naming:

At South Pacific Airways, all staff members are required to name themselves
using the correct format while attending a flight.

The format is: Username [-] Role [-] Languages that you speak

An example of this is: Donut [-] Captain [-] ENG

For Ground Crew members, once you have finished your training you must
request a call sign in the Ground Crew before attending a flight as a staff
member. Your callsign should be included in your name format.

An example for Ground Crew would be: GC2002 [-] Donut [-] Ground Crew [-]
ENG

You should use the command :name me then enter the format.

Engaging with passengers:

Our passengers remember everything that staff members do at flights, from the
way we greet them, to how efficiently we complete serving. Always talk to
passengers with the highest level of respect.

We want our passengers to remember a positive experience with our staff

members. At every event! Not just flights.

Always add that extra “Enjoy your flight!” or “Have an amazing day!”, or “I wish
you a great journey!” It helps a lot, and passengers really do remember things
like this.

Never argue with passengers, this will result in conflict. We never want to have
a conflict on any South Pacific Airways flight.

Always be respectful to passengers, in spite of the fact that they may be

annoying and rude at times.

There will be trivia questions during a flight. You might be asked to host trivia on
a flight. Try to make the questions easy and interesting. Also, try to make them
about South Pacific Airways or aviation.

There is a guide that you can follow and get inspiration for your questions.

Always be professional at flights. This helps South Pacific Airways look like a
more realistic airline. And gives passengers the reassurance that we know how
to do our jobs.

Engaging with staff members:

At South Pacific Airways we work as a team. Always. We never break apart,

always work together and have fun at this airline! It’s Roblox!

Be yourself! We want to get to know you and build a positive relationship with
you! It helps us get to know each other.

Interact with other staff members. Outside of flights, not everything has to be
about aviation.

Have fun with everyone! Come to game nights when we have them! We always
have an amazing time!

Commands:

LR staff members are permitted to use the commands listed below, provided
that the command is needed. Note that you need to fill in the information listed
in brackets.

1. :name me (format) → It is required for the naming.

2. :to (user) → This can tp yourself to another person. Do not tp to a passenger.
Do not teleport to someone on the plane when the plane is moving.
3. :to me → This can help you to pass through a visible or invisible wall.

4. :bring (user) → This will tp someone to you. Only use this command when it is
absolutely necessary. An example of a time to use this command would be
when someone's avatar has glitched.
5. :give me (tools) → This is to give yourself a tool. Note that you should only get
the tool that is required.
6. :pm (user) (message) → This is to send a private chat message to others, used
for serving & staff communication.
7. :notify %staff (message) → This is to send a notification to all the staff in the
game. Remember to include your name after your message or no one will know
who made the notification.
8. :n (message) → This is used for trivia. The message should just be a question
or an answer.
9. :freeze me → This will prevent you from moving or sliding. Ground Crew
members must use this command to anchor the luxury bus.
10. :unfreeze me → This will unfreeze you and allow the luxury bus to move.

Apart from the above, you should not use other commands without approval.
Otherwise, it can be considered Admin Abuse which could result in
consequences such as suspension or even termination.

Never do a command with all. If someone’s name starts with “all”, include more
letters.

We hope you have a better understanding of the staff policies at South Pacific
Airways!

If you have any questions at all, do not be afraid to ask any of us. We will be
glad to help you whenever you need it!
