Using Table 4.3-1, Asce 7-16 the live load shall be 20psf for roof design. So 20 psf has been used in
our design instead of 30 psf.
Values of seismic parameters has been taken from the ATC hazards with reference to the Asce 7-16 as
follow according the provided address of the property:

Upon review of the data shared earlier I believe this is the reason that our findings have such
significant difference. Thus, please verify.
