How To Make Spicy Fried Rice With Goat Meat

Ingredients:

1. 100 gr goat meat


2. 2 White Rice Plates (better put in the refrigerator first)
3. 1 egg
4. 15 red cayenne pepper
5. 7 curly red chilies
6. 3 cloves of garlic
7. 3 cloves of red onion
8. 2 candlenuts
9. 1 tbsp Coriander Smooth
10. Sufficiently Salt
11. Soy sauce
12. 1/2 Lime
13. 1/8 Onions
14. Powder Broth (optional)
15. Leek
16. Fried onions
17. Cucumber
18. 1 tbsp butter
19. 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
Steps:

1. Cut the mutton. Mix mutton chunks with ground coriander, a little salt, soy sauce and
lime juice. Let stand in the refrigerator until the spices are absorbed.
2. Puree chilies, garlic, shallots & pecans.
3. Stir and scrambled the egg then separate.
4. Heat the butter, saute the onions until tender and fragrant. Then enter the lamb that has
been soaked in the spices. Saute the mutton until tender.
5. Heat the cooking oil, then saute the spices that have been mashed. Once fragrant enter
the rice. Stir well.
6. Add mutton & scrambled egg, stir well. Add salt, soy sauce & powder broth.
7. After the fried rice is a little dry, add the green onion slices & chili slices (if it's less spicy).
Stir briefly. Do a taste correction.
8. Turn off the fire. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions & cucumber slices.
9. Spicy fried rice with goat meat is ready to be served.
