Methodology: Removal of Old Conveyor and Placement of new conveyor using crane

Location: Packhouse, Holcim Lugait Plant

REMOVAL OF OLD CONVEYOR

1. Processing of Permits
2. Mobilization of Boom Truck
3. Pre lift the conveyor using boom truck
4. Removal of conveyor using cutting disc and oxy acy cutter
5. Lift the conveyor using boom truck after cutting
6. Put the removed conveyor to a designated area
7. Repeat the process for all the conveyor
8. Housekeeping

PLACEMENT OF NEW CONVEYOR

1. Mobilization of Crane
2. Lift the parts of the movable conveyor using crane
3. Place the parts where its near to where it will be put
4. Repeat the process until all of the movable conveyor parts are disassembled and ready for
installation
5. Housekeeping
