ADOPTION NOTICE

ASTM-A967, "Standardization Specification for Chemical

Passivation Treatments for Stainless Steel Parts", was adopted on
31-MAR-97 for use by the Department of Defense (DoD). Proposed
changes by DoD activities must be submitted to the DoD Adopting
Activity: Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VFT/VEA,
Richmond, VA 23297-5610. Copies of this document may be
