Try the best sport, ¡Basketball!

¿Do you feel like you don’t have stamina or would you like to have more energy
throughout the day? If you want to get fit by playing a fun sport, you should try
basketball. This sport is usually played by people between 10- to 20-year old, but you
can play it at any age you like.
One of the main things you observe when you enter for first time in a basketball class is
the basketball-court. In this sport is for years, the basketball hoop is lower for kids, and
for teenagers you can add up some size to the hoop.
At the school SAP, the instructure, Javier, is a 41-year-old, well-know basketball
teacher who teaches very good, he teaches a lot of things. He said “try for practice
more every day”. These phrase you have to have it in your mind if you want to improve
mentally that is very important.
Playing basketball its an unforgettable experience that you should try. I recommend it a
lot, itds my favorite sport. And remember, with practice you will become good.
