• Performance management office (PMO) under MD office. We are Engineering academy.
• Performance management office is a team within an organization that is responsible for overseeing the
performance management process.
• The performance management system providing trainings and support to managers.
• Skilling up and reskilling of employee based on the skill set.
• Designing on talent management and monitoring.
• Skills campaign based on managers evaluation.
• Training needs based on the corporate curriculum and syllabus.
• We have scope of activities focusing on technical upskilling for engineering. Which are all the key
responsibilities like.
• Technical training catalogue management.
• Coordinate for skill certification like (LTL, CTL, GB/BB) NPTEL course certification. And we have new joiners

• In EA there are skill -up process and product engineering. There are 3 steps map skill and assess in this
process we are working in skilling up tool which is called as global tool.
• Second one analyzes and plan training there is a gap analysis process and creating SDP for individual
members deploy new trainings from corporate consolidate training curriculum by tech domain in skill
development plan (SDP).
• Third one educates new GET members like OJT. It is coming under training either classroom trainings and E-
learnings/teams and domain specific trainings in learning @alliance.

infrastructure, and the policy context are discussed.
• Clear roles should be assigned to the public and private funders to develop the infrastructure for large-scale EV
deployment.
