DreamFolks Spa Terms & Conditions:
 Wellness program entitles you to enjoy 30 mins session for specified therapies such as
head, neck and shoulder massage, and foot reflexology.
 Spa services are predefined and are subject to availability. Access will be extended on
first come first serve basis.
 Once service is availed, it cannot be cancelled/reversed.
 Access will only be extended to eligible guests with valid DreamFolks membership
card.
 To opt for service outside the offer, one may avail the same on a chargeable basis
directly with the spa.
 The operational hours of each Spa may differ and might change as per the discretion of
authorities.
 Guests should be fully aware of their responsibility in disclosing any medical or health
conditions that are to prevent them from using the facility.
 Any sexual behavior, advances or comments made will result in immediate termination
of service.
 All participating Spas are owned and operated by third party organizations. The card
member and accompanying guests must abide by the rules and policies of each
participating Spa.
 Access may be restricted due to space constraints but this will be wholly at the
discretion of each individual Spa operator. ICICI Bank has no control over the facilities
offered, the opening/closing times or the personnel employed by the Spa’s.
