Pet Addendum to a Rental Agreement

This pet addendum is an amendment to the lease dated ____________ between __________________
(Renter)
and ____________________________ covering the premises known as 29 Masikap Street Central
(Property Manager)
District Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City 1100. This is understood to being included as Attachment to the
Lease Agreement.

1. Authorization of Pet at Property Location: Property Manager grants permission to Renter to

keep the pet described herein on the Premises also known as “Property” subject to the terms
and conditions of the Lease and this Addendum. Property Manager may revoke permission at
any time if Renter fails to comply with any of the terms of the Lease and this Addendum.

3. Renter’s Responsibility:
• Renter understands that they are fully responsible and liable for all damage, including
but not limited to walls, floors, and any stains that any pet causes, regardless of the
ownership of the said pet, and agrees to restore the Premises to its original condition at
their expense.
• Renter agrees to pay immediately for any damage, loss or expense caused by their pet
and in addition, they will add ₱500.00 to their Security Deposit any of which may be
used for cleaning, repairs or delinquent rent when renter vacates.
• Renter shall have their pet under control at all times and exercise respective due care.
• Renter will provide adequate and regular care, as well as ample food and water.
• Renter agrees to clean and remove all pet waste, inside or outside the Premises and
dispose of their pet’s droppings/waste properly and quickly.
• Renter agrees not to leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable periods.
 • Renter agrees to keep their pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and
will remedy immediately any complaints made through the property manager.
