Kidapawan City National High School, Senior High School, Grade 11 ______ to attend
the FINAL DEFENSE of their research study as partial fulfillment of Practical Research I
subject, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on June 26–27, 2023, in the Senior High School
building of the school.

I/We understand that the school is doing its best to facilitate the said activity.
Proper instruction, guidance, and coordination are also given to avoid any untoward
incident. However, if things happen beyond the control of the school or the adviser, the
school shall not be held liable.
