rating than the commercial one.

The panelists rated beef siomai, whether it was commercial or not, equally. The
acceptance of scent is the same for both goods.
Taste
Texture
The panelist gave a one point higher in commercial than the non-commercial siomai.
Implying that the commercial was more refined in terms of their beef and ingredients, and
the non-commercial was a little bit behind it terms of texture.
Texture
The research indicates that compared to the non-commercial product, the panelists
are significantly more satisfied with the commercial one. With a perfect score of 20 points for
each category on the score sheet, we can achieve a total perfect score of more than 100
points. The commercial category received 56 points, which is not too far above the non-
commercial category's mean of 54 points. The aforementioned exercise is conducted in a
close-quarters setting without the panelists being aware of which is the advertisement and
which is not. There is also no noise or other smell that might cloud their judgment. It just
indicates that the process is unbiased and that panelist judgment and taste preferences are
actually taken into account.
