To whom it may concern,

The 3rd annual LOVE'N THE CULTURE Celebration returns to Gadsden, Alabama, February 8th-11th,
2023.

LOVE’N THE CULTURE was created by Gadsden native, Ashton Gray to preserve the historical,
creative, and cultural contributions of Native and African-Americans of the diaspora. This event
cultivates an interest in and a celebration of the colorful history, cuisines, music, and excellence
found right here in Gadsden, AL [and abroad]. It is an opportunity for communities to come and learn
of past experiences and leave with stronger connections. These bonds support and lay firm
foundations for the upcoming generations. At LOVE’N THE CULTURE, participants will find
themselves more connected to their roots and their history, as soulful music and food envelop their
very being. This is indeed an event families of ALL backgrounds and experiences will love and
cherish for years to come. On February 10th, 2024, LOVE’N THE CULTURE will partner with the
Educating For Success Foundation and host a community Health Festival at Union Baptist Church,
613 Henry Street, Gadsden, Alabama, 35901. The services we would like to provide are full
screenings (including diabetes, blood pressure, and HIV testing); and we hope to work with medical
professionals, naturopathic, dentists, herbalists, and dieticians. To register your organization as a
health fair provider, please call or text 256.344.8611 or register at www.LoveNTheCulture.org
