the amended sections of the Revised Trading Rules and its Implementing Guidelines with
regards to the implementation of the extended Pre-Close period, bearing the signatures of
two (2) officials of PSE and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) – Markets and
Securities Regulation Department (MSRD) Director.
