Consequent upon their promotion from TGTs/LTs/Misc. Category Teachers to the post of PGT vide
order No. F.NO.DE.2 (2) (3)/Promotion/2022/E-II/1914 dated 08.12.2023 and vide order No.
F.NO.DE.2 (2) (3)/Promotion/2021/E-II/1915 dated 08.12.2023, the following teachers are hereby

The posting of the above-mentioned teachers is fully subject to the terms and conditions as laid
down in the above cited promotion orders dated 08.12.2023. The concerned District DDEs are hereby
directed to issue/generate posting orders through MIS in respect of the above-mentioned teachers
working under their districts, after completing all the formalities as directed in the above cited
promotion orders dated 08.12.2023. The concerned District DDE shall ensure that the teacher is
relieved to assume the promotional post by 15.01.2024 after ensuring that there is no vigilance
case/departmental enquiry pending/no penalty in operation against the teacher concerned at any
level at the time of relieving to assume the charge of promotional post and promoted teachers have 40
fulfilled the requisite qualification as prescribed under the Recruitment Rules failing which the names
of such teacher should be informed immediately to the Establishment-II Branch (HQ) alongwith
relevant documents without fail. This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority. A
