2 Condition
Good : Serviceable / in function with no defect or anomaly
Fair : Serviceable / in function with minor defect or anomaly
Poor : Unserviceable/ to be repaired due to major anomaly
N/A : Not Available or Not Aplicable that are not in existence or cannot be applied
3 Acceptance criteria
Category 1 - These are considered as serious non conformities and therefore the crane must not be used until these non-conformitiess have been rectified to aproval COPI
Category 2 – These are considered as potentially serious non-conformities that must be rectified within 30 days to satisfaction of COPI.
Failure to perform this work may result the crane being removed from service
Category 3 – These are considered as anomalies and should be rectified in due time, i.e before the next schedule audit.
4 Equipment testing such us NDT MPI, WRT, Overload test, etc subject to be not required conducted if the result report annual inspection or SKPP or PPP certification still valid.
5 Recommended 3rd party company during premob inspection will be not mandatory if the result report annual inspection or SKPP or PPP certification still valid.
