Basic information and completion instructions

- This Microsoft Excel workbook contains a series of separate spreadsheets designed to be used as a response templates for the Tenderer. It is ESSENTIAL and MANDATORY that you as a
Tenderer use this model in drafting your response. Completing and correctly completing the sheets is seen as a minimum requirement. Failure to provide the details as required in these sheets
will be considered non-compliance and the Tenderer response may be subject to rejection.'
- Each sheet is designed to elicit specific information. If your response does not fit the response template, you are summoned to (1) Inform us about your inability to complete the template by
asking a question, (2) propose a alternative tempate, (3) provide us with the alternative template. Your alternative format bears no further rights and is regarded informational. The structure,
items and asked for respons in the sheets are leading.
- The sheets are protected to minimize the risk of compromising the integrity of the workbook structure and formulas.
- DO NOT MAKE CHANGES TO THIS RESPONSE TEMPLATE.
- Red marked fields are to be filled by the Tenderer, yellow marked fields are calculated automatically.
