Here’s a YouTube tutorial on how to take the audio recorded with
Resampler Pro, and use it in Ableton Live’s Sampler Instrument. Basic Instructions:
1. Load Resampler Pro on a MIDI track with the instrument / audio
you intend to sample individual notes. 2. Start on the right-side of the device. Click all three buttons → Create Scenes, Global Launch, Create Track. 3. Visit the Note Range area of the device; choose your settings. 4. Set Ableton Live’s “Metronome Settings” to have the Count-In as “None”.
5. Keep Scene 1 empty in Session View.
6. Select the big Start button to begin recording individual notes 7. When finished recording, select all new clips on the audio track, right-click, and choose “Crop”. This will update the naming of the clips to be accurate. 8. (On MacOS) right click any new recorded clip and select “Show in Finder” to see where the new audio clips are stored. 9. Load into a Sampler Instrument, or use the audio for a new sample pack! 10. If you have trouble, select both “Delete Clips” and “Refresh” and start over again.
