provided the knowledge of new emerging technologies apart from the
regular
course. We woluld encourage them to follow these emerging
technologies and try to
innovate and research.

Outline your most significant contribution to research 1.A new variant of BPSO named as threshold controlled BPSO has been
developed
and proposed to solve the high-dimensional feature selection problems.
2. Using the properties of scale-free networks, a modified weighted
scale-free PSO
was developed and proposed to solve the problem of feature selection in
highdimensional
datasets.
3. A PSO based new feature selection approach is also proposed which
is able to
generate the desired number of high-quality features from a large set of
features.

Outline your proposed roadmap for teaching and research for the next five years My teaching would be a mix of traditional as well as based on ICT. New
learning
management systems namely Google Classroom and MOODLE,
Massive Open
Online Courses (MOOC) and virtual learning environment would be
helpful to
provide a interactive teaching.
My research would be based on the emerging technologies like
blockchain
technology, IOT and communication networks. The statisitcal modeling
and analysis
would provide a better understanding in designing the system.

As the new technologies are emerging, it is need to establish labs and
infrastructure.
Students would be provided knowledge of new emerging areas of
research apart
from the regular course. They are encoraged to do research and
