II, JJ Colony, Madanpur Khadar, Sarita Vihar, South Delhi-1100076, do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as under-
1. That I am applicant in the above said case and well conversant with the
facts and circumstance of the case, thus competent to swear and depose
the present affidavit.
2. That the Application under Order 23 Rule 3B of CPC (Code Of Civil
Procedure 1908) for withdrawal of suit with liberty to file fresh suit has
been drafted by counsel and the content of the same are true and correct
to the best of my knowledge and belief. the same has been read out to me
in my vernacular i.e Hindi.
3. That the content of the said application may kindly be read as part and
parcel to this affidavit as the same have not been repeated herein for the
sake of brevity.
