The knowledge in the works of Grigori Grabovoi are conceptually set out to allow carrying out
continuous self-learning. The author's works of Grigori Grabovoi contain created by him knowledge
of salvation and eternal harmonious development that cover the main areas of human activity. The
control of the knowledge contained in these works gets out to the practical level defined in these

works. The theory of the new society has been developed in the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi; the
main values of this society are knowledge, information and creation, the development of spiritual
potential, and ensuring eternal life of all. The works of the Teachings include the developed
informative and practical bases of eternal life knowledge control that can be characterized as a
widespread concept of knowledge control in all the spheres of activity including science and
education. Through the use of the works of Grigori Grabovoi direct formation of the "technologies
of the knowledge control" takes place as a set of specific methods and techniques to ensure free
circulation of knowledge, their generating and sending them into the sphere that ensures eternal life
of every person and all living things.
The aim of the training, based on the curriculum on the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi and the
results of the practice of Grigori Grabovoi on control for the purpose of salvation as well as of the
results of people who practice the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi, is the creation of the system of
knowledge control and its use at the level of educational institutions, which teach eternal life to
ensure eternal life to all.
This shows that the acquisition of knowledge and the knowledge control according to the
Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi, being at the intersection of different disciplines, is a brand new and
actual in today's environment direction, that makes it possible to really save the world from a possible
global catastrophe, and to ensure real eternal life to all the people and all living things.
The knowledge of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi represents an independent value,
moreover it gives rise to multiplicative effect related to other areas of human activity, and
simultaneously it contributes to the level of development effectiveness of all areas of human activity
towards everlasting development of all people. Thus, in the contemporary world, the knowledge,

results of application of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi for people to understand the reality of
getting the results, extrapolation of which proves the possibility of ensuring eternal life by the
Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi.
The theoretical part of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi is scientifically justified in his works:

action, which “generates bio-signals, further contributes to normalization of the situation in the zone
of the supposed catastrophe”. The description of the patent includes scientific, instrumental and
practical based on results justifications of the method of normalization of events with the normalizing
bio-signal. Thus, there is a patented method proving that reading and study of the works of Grigori
Grabovoi contributes to normalization of man’s events in the direction of eternal development. Since
the prevention of catastrophic events in the body and the environment by means of application of

The system of transformation of a thought into the light radiation for transfer of information
for the purpose of normalizing control and learning that occurs with thinking and concentrations in
the process of use of the works of Grigori Grabovoi is protected by the patent for invention of Grigori
Grabovoi "Information Carrying System”. The description of the mentioned patent reads that
“According to the wave theory of synthesis and the laws of quantum mechanics the thought
transformed into radiation can simultaneously have two quantum state (see Grigori Grabovoi
“Research and analysis of fundamental definitions of optical systems in prevention of catastrophes
and forecast oriented control of micro processes”, "Electronic engineering, series 3, issue 1(153),
p.10)”. "The declared information carrying system works as follows. A man who generates thoughts
is an operator (not specified) who transmits the information.” Thus, the transfer of data to any system
by using thoughts was patented. This makes it possible to send normalizing radiation of a thought

Patents "Method for prevention of Catastrophes and Device for its Realization" and
“Information Carrying System” can be used for normalization of state; for revitalizing each shattered
human cell and consequently the whole person with normal health. According to the description of
the patent "Method for prevention of Catastrophes and Device for its Realization" the destroyed or
damaged human cells status refers to the catastrophic state of matter of natural, but not man-made
nature. The text of the patent reads, "for the natural disasters the area of the catastrophe origin has
characteristics with radiation higher than of other parts of the element by 20-28%”. Therefore, the
task of the specialist, who uses the technologies of the patent, is to place the destroyed or damaged
cell near the picture of the healthy human tissue cell and reduce by 20-28% the characteristics of
radiation emanating from the destroyed or damaged human cells, which indicate non-functionality of
the cell. According to the description of the patent it is required in the device to activate the system
of signal registration and the emitter, which generates signals that contribute to normalization in this
zone." “The emitter that generates the signals”, as described in the patent, forms assembled based on
the light radiation wave nano systems, that collect atoms and molecules in the state, in which they are
in a cell of a living person. With a small volume of the device crystals constructed based on the patent
and single action of nanosecond pulses of the laser radiation and short time work human operator
who generates bio-signals, restoration of life of a single cell is implemented. Increase in the volume
of the device crystals or the use of microprocessor systems, plurality of nanosecond pulses of laser
radiation and increase of the duration or strength of work of the human operator who generates bio-

The practical results of Grigori Grabovoi on forecasting and diagnosis of aircraft,
spacecraft and in scientific research works
From the evidence of Veremei Boris Ivanovich, test pilot of the Flight Research Institute (FRI)
of Zhukovsk,
…Grigori Grabovoi on November 27, 1996, gave me a tape recording of the conversation with
my wife Veremei Inna Andreevna, in which he, by the method of extrasensory analysis, described
the technical condition of aircraft TU-144LL before the first flight on November 29, 1996, and the
forecast of the events a few days before the second flight of aircraft TU-144LL on December 11,
1996, to Chief Designer Pukhov A.A. and the crew members. The extrasensory forecast of Grigori
Grabovoi was confirmed on the following positions:
1)Vibration the front fender (“FF”) at a height of h = 1700 m because of the above zero
temperature of the external air, and the offset of limitation of “FF” on the number M = 0.4 to a height
less than assigned by the flight task (H = 2000 m).
2)Grigori Grabovoi provided extrasensory forecast of the failure of the pitch pointer (PP). The
failure occurred in the first flight. The crew, having received recommendations from aerodynamicists
and FRI on this account, safely completed the task and made landing;
3)Grigori Grabovoi forecasted a failure in the control system; the failure in the system of

automatic control took place in the first flight. The failure became apparent due to the oscillation of
the aircraft's longitudinal and lateral pipe. The dangerous regime was discontinued, the forecasted

after landing;
5)There was confirmed forecasted by Grigori Grabovoi of the failure of the height indicator (of
co-pilot), of the system of air signals and the discrepancies in the readings of the IVM (an indicator
of vertical modes) of the right and the left pilots in the second flight;
6)In pre-flight inspection, Grigori Grabovoi forecasted the failure of one of the channels of the
system measurements. The defect was confirmed when the records were decrypted on the land after
the second flight;
7)Confirmed the failure of the front wing (FW) that was not completely pressed to the fuselage

the Russian Federation and space shuttle “Atlantis” of the United States for the period from
September 27, 1997.
Immediately after the task had been given Grigori Grabovoi using just his clairvoyance set out
his reply to the task in the form of the following forecast:
Item 1: The docking of space orbital complex “Mir”, Russia and space shuttle “Atlantis”, United
States planned at the end of the day of September 27, 1997, will take place.

Based on the comparison of the forecasts of Grigori Grabovoi with the practice we conclude that
all the forecasts of Grigori Grabovoi were a hundred percent confirmed. One hundred percent
confirmation both of each forecast and throughout the volume of the task suggests that Grigori
Grabovoi, when diagnoses the space technology only through his clairvoyance, instantly gives
hundred percent confirmed forecast throughout the total volume of the task. Based on the described
facts we can conclude that it is necessary to use clairvoyance in the prevention of malfunctions and
accidents in the space technology.
The task was given in the Space Mission Control Center of the Russian Federation. The task was
made by the deputy head of the Space Mission Control Center Blagov Viktor Dmitrievich. The task
was formulated in the presence of the employees of the SMCC, Professor Viktor Timofeevich
Novichkov and corresponding member of the MAI Yuri Georgievich Titov.

carbohydrates of the Research Institute of Physical and Organic Chemistry of Rostov State

Grigori Grabovoi by using his abilities of clairvoyance, accurately described the speed of the process
of cyclization-recycling of organic matter.
The solution of the task, which was formulated in Rostov-on-Don, took place in Moscow
(Solyanka Street, d. 14/2, Office # 110). The written reply was given by Grigori Grabovoi almost
instantly: transformation occurs at a rate 5 times per second for a solution at 25С. This data were

head of the Department of chemistry of natural and high-molecular-weight compounds of the RMT
and Kornilov Valery Ivanovich, candidate of chemical sciences, Soros Associate Professor of the
same Department, head of the laboratory of carbohydrate chemistry of the Research Institute of
Physical and Organic Chemistry of the RMT. The scientists “gave the task to Grigori Grabovoi to
choose the preferred option of the intermediate state of chemical process (the date of birth of Grigori
Grabovoi is 14.11.1963, the birth certificate II-ОГ No 463794)…”
It is possible to solve this problem by the method of nuclear magnetic resonance and quantum-
mechanical calculations. Though Grigori Grabovoi was neither a chemist in general not the expert
in this narrow field of organic chemistry and had no special techniques of study of the structure of
matter, he immediately staying in his office (Moscow, Solyanka, 14/2) gave a written opinion in
favor of the structure (II), moreover he made an additional conclusion that the third structure not
taken into account by us can be realized in the magnetic field. Grigori Grabovoi could not have
known in advance that the authors observe the mentioned process exactly in the magnetic field,
which could affect the nature of the intermediate particle. This conclusion is consistent with our
views received on the basis of the experiment, as well as with the views of other experts in this field.
Based on the above, we consider that the forecast given by Grigori Grabovoi is based on the
ability for the foresight of processes occurring at the molecular level.

extrasensory method accidents, the number of the accident survivors and their location, failure of

the administration of the President of the Russian Federation was to establish the ability of Grigori
Grabovoi, born on November 14, 1963, in village Kirov, Kirov district, Chimkent oblast, Kazakh

the anthropomorphic nature of K. Marx's 19th century theory had already been erased by bourgeois
political economy, and in the 20th century, the Americanization of the social sciences reduced it to a
formalized version of economic theory: A. Marshall, P. Samuelson, T. Parsons, et al. All this had
drastically undermined not only the health of the population, but also directly led to a sharp decline
in the indigenous populations of industrialized countries. Russia suffered particularly badly during
the world wars and as a result of the country's return to a peripheral form of capitalist production.
However, it was in it that such a unique scientific direction as Russian cosmism, the current of
religious and philosophical thought, the search for the place of humanity in Space as in eternity,
appeared: K. Tsiolkovsky, V. Vernadsky, etc.
Today, imbalances in social production have reached global levels, but the origins of this process
remain in the not too distant but forgotten past - first in the replacement of traditional Christianity by
Protestant ethics, and then in the almost complete separation of church from state, people from
morality and ethics in all socio-economic processes: production, education, upbringing, culture. The
nullification of spiritual and moral values, their widespread reduction to simple monetary efficiency
in modern society no longer allowed it to return to its even demographic norm. Grigorii Grabovoi's
introduction of his Doctrine of God, the Doctrine of Love, and the Doctrine of Man into the public
consciousness in 1997-2006 made it possible to revisit contemporary society's reconsideration of the

Rethinking the family as a Small Church within, for example, the Church of Christ consisting of
the Church Triumphant (Heavenly) and the Church Militant (Earthly) returns the social consciousness
to man as a "resurrectable man", i.e. loving, and to the eternity of Spirit, Soul and Consciousness,
which is also reflected in the teachings of Grigorii Grabovoi. John the Theologian taught: "We know
that we have passed from death into life because we love our brothers; the one who does not love his
brother abides in death". (1 John 3:14).
The most difficult social task is the institutional transition of a society "one at the expense of all",

control, the level of being, is undying. Jesus was guided by this paradigm, coming from the Creator's
Thought, during his life in the flesh, and this paradigm underlies the Doctrine of Jesus, which is from

In addition to the Doctrine of Undying, Jesus revealed the idea of resurrection, which also has

ones. I.e. the physical matter of the spiritual body exists at the expense of the spirit, developed by the
human consciousness, which is also capable of regulating all physiological and metabolic processes.

(expansion of international trade helps to strengthen peace); Nos.1785 (XVII), 2205 (XXII) dated
December 28, 1966 (cooperation in the field of IT as a factor contributing to the establishment of
friendly relations).
The right to "trade freely with other countries" is enshrined in the 1964 UNCTAD Principles.
Many provisions elaborating on this principle are contained in the 1974 Charter of Economic Rights
and Duties of States.
This principle means:
- the right to participate in the IT;
- the right to freely conclude bilateral and multilateral international agreements on the IT issues;
- the right to unite in international organizations, including organizations of producers of goods;
- the right to participate in solving world problems in the field of IT;
- the right to enjoy the benefits of the IT;
- the duty of states to develop mutual trade without damaging the trade interests of other
countries, considering the growing interdependence of states in the international trading
system, to strengthen the principle of universality in the international trade;
- the obligation not to establish the VP norms that hinder trade;
- the obligation to refrain from any form of dumping;
- the obligation to strengthen the multilateral trading system, maintain discipline in the WTO
system;
- the right of landlocked States to free access to the sea for the purposes of the IT.
THE PRINCIPLE OF TRADE LIBERALIZATION
This principle follows from the provisions of the GATT text, subsequent decisions, agreements
of the WTO system, and means:
- the duty of states to remove obstacles in the IT, to prevent prohibitions and restrictions on
imports or exports other than customs duties, taxes, and fees; prevent restrictions that are
incompatible with the GATT rules (standstill), and remove restrictions that are contrary to
the GATT rules (rollback);
- the obligation to reduce the level of customs taxation of imported goods, as well as not to apply

to foreign goods rates of internal taxation that are discriminatory, protectionist or fiscal in
nature;
- the right of states to counter-reduce the rates of customs duties;
- the right to demand the elimination of illegal prohibitions and restrictions, as well as the right
to apply countermeasures;
- the right to participate in the development of measures to eliminate obstacles in the IT.
PRINCIPLE OF PROTECTING THE NATIONAL MARKET
- the right and obligation of states to protect their economies only with the help of measures of
customs and tariff policy, as well as with the help of non-tariff measures (bans, contingent,
licenses) on the grounds and within the limits permitted by the agreements of the WTO
system;
- the right of states to apply measures protecting the national economy, national commodity
producers from damage that may be caused by excessive imports; from the importation of
goods, the export of which is subsidized by the exporting state;
- the right of states to apply anti-dumping measures and countervailing duties;
- the obligation not to apply anti-dumping measures arbitrarily;
- the obligation not to purposefully subsidize exports.
THE PRINCIPLE OF FREEDOM OF TRANSIT
This principle follows from the provisions of the GATT text, the "Principles" of UNCTAD 1964,
the 1965 Convention on Transit Trade of Landlocked States, and means:
- the right to freedom of transit through the territory of a member state of the international trading
system and to exemption of goods in transit from customs duties and transit charges;
- the right of landlocked States to free access to the sea for the purposes of the IT.
- the obligation of coastal States to provide freedom of transit of goods, as well as access to
seaports to ships of a landlocked State.
THE PRINCIPLE OF GRANTING NATIONAL TREATMENT
- the obligation of States to accord the same treatment to goods of foreign origin in the domestic
market as to domestic goods, in particular in the area of taxation; national laws, by-laws
governing domestic trade; and financial, administrative, and transport measures;
- the obligation of states to ensure national treatment of foreign goods throughout their territory,
including administrative-territorial formations (i.e., and in particular with regard to local
taxes).
The domestic legal treatment with regard to domestic and foreign goods on the national market
is increasingly becoming the subject of legal regulation in international trade law. With the
convergence and integration of economies taking place, the principle of granting national treatment

becomes more important.
PRINCIPLE OF MUTUALITY
With regard to the IT, this principle of international law is understood in two ways:
1. as EQUALITY OF RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES of partner states, identity, interdependence
of rights and obligations in legal relations, the subject of which are export-import operations (formal
reciprocity) - for example, mutual provision of MFN;
2. as EQUALITY (symmetry, adequacy) of RESULTS of rights and obligations, benefits,
conditions, regimes in terms of mutual access of goods to national markets of partner states (material
reciprocity) - for example, with the requirement that the most-favored-nation regimes provided
mutually were equal in the coverage of the product nomenclature and/or in the level of customs duties
on goods, etc.
The principle of substantive reciprocity applies, in particular, when negotiating customs
concessions in the WTO system. According to this procedure, the partner states in multilateral
negotiations agree to reduce the levels of customs duties on groups of goods of mutual interest, or
agree not to increase tariff rates on them.
There was also a "linear" method of reducing rates by an agreed percentage on a wide range of
goods. The rates agreed upon are fixed in tariff concession lists and, by virtue of the MFNP, apply to
all other states. The lists of tariff concessions themselves become an integral part of the GATT text.
If any state needs to raise the agreed level of the customs rate, the state concerned must again
enter into negotiations with its former partners, with the main suppliers of the given commodity/group
of goods, and offer them an equivalent concession on another commodity/group of goods.
In acceding to GATT, a state acquires the right to all the concessions contained in the lists
annexed to the text of GATT, but in return must offer a reduction in its own tariff rates.
Such a procedure is designed for states where customs tariffs play the role of the main regulator
of the volume of access of goods to national markets. That is why when countries with centrally
planned economies joined the GATT (Poland, 1967; Romania, 1971; Hungary, 1973), each time there
was a problem of adapting the reciprocity principle to a market where the role of the main regulator
of imports is played by a policy plan, not a customs tariff.
The 1975 Final Act of the CSCE (in the preamble of the section on "Co-operation in the Fields
of Economics, Science and Technology, and Environment") included the following wording, jointly
formulated by the participating States following a difficult compromise: "Recognizing that such co-
operation may proceed on the basis of equality and mutual satisfaction of the partners and

of national credit institutions.
THE PRINCIPLE OF MUTUAL BENEFIT

The international legal principle of mutual benefit as applied to international trade is enshrined
in a number of documents: UNCTAD-II Resolution No. 15 (II) (expanding East-West economic
relations on the basis of reciprocity); UNCTAD 1964 "Principles" (the IT should be mutually
beneficial) and others.
This principle means:
- the right of states to have their interests considered when dealing with international trade issues
and problems;
- the right to enjoy the benefits of international trade, independently assess the degree of benefit;
- the obligation of States to ensure their own benefits while respecting the principles and norms
of the international law, to consider the interests of other countries in the implementation of
their foreign economic activity and participation in international trade;
- The obligation not to use coercive measures in international trade to benefit or infringe on the
rights of other States;
- the obligation of States not to make the provision of economic assistance to developing
countries subject to political and military requirements.
Mutual benefit is not always about material reciprocity. Material reciprocity is only a special case
of mutual benefit. Usually, reciprocity is assessed by states in the context of fairly broad sets of
economic and political relationships.
THE PRINCIPLE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION IN TRADE
This principle has a nature of a generally binding customary rule of law and was affirmed in the
1964 UNCTAD Principles, the 1974 Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States, and the 1975
Final Act of the CSCE. It means:
- the right of the state not to be discriminated against, to enjoy a common regime with regard to
the access of goods to a foreign market, with regard to the conditions of activity of
individuals/legal entities in a foreign market;
- the obligation to treat foreign goods, foreign individuals/legal entities of one State no less
favorably than the goods and entities of any third State; not to differentiate between them to
the detriment of the individual State(s); and not to impose additional conditions;
- the obligation to treat foreign goods, foreign individuals/legal entities of one partner State more
favorable conditions than the general non-discriminatory treatment;
- the right to protect the national market against foreign imports injurious to the economy by
taking lawful restrictive measures in the same circumstances against goods, persons/entities
of any State without distinction;
- the PC obligation not to discriminate against developed nations regardless of the nature of their
economies.
MOST-FAVOURED-NATION PRINCIPLE (MFNP)
This principle follows from the system of bilateral trade agreements existing between states, the
text of the GATT, subsequent decisions, the agreement of the WTO system. It is reaffirmed in the
1964 UNCTAD Principles, the 1974 Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States, the 1975
CSCE Final Act.

the Rossiyskaya Gazeta No. 18 (1878), established by the Government of Russia, for January 30,
1998. Article titled "Tomorrow Catastrophes are Canceled" was printed under the rubric "Silent
Sensation" of this newspaper. The accident could lead to a catastrophe of such magnitude that this
process would have turned our planet into a dust cloud by 2000, according to physicists' calculations.
In addition, the ability of Grigorii Grabovoi to give accurate forecasts for the future, which were
confirmed in each case, was established. In particular, the forecast of Grigorii Grabovoi on
malfunctions and accidents at Balakovo NPP and the forecast related to the terrorist act in Nalchik.
The book "Grigorii Grabovoi. Practice of Control. The Path of Salvation" documented 100%
confirmability of the forecasts of Grigorii Grabovoi in the sphere of air and space technologies in
more than 400 cases, with confirmations from the state organizations, pilots, and specialists of the
Flight Control Center, and conclusions of the specialists that in general all the forecasts of Grigorii
Grabovoi are given in the book, and they all have been confirmed. The documented facts of accurate
forecasts, fully confirmed by the corresponding events after the date of each forecast prove that
Grigorii Grabovoi always has normal mental health and psychological state since according to the
approved medical protocols the ability to prognosticate itself proves the norm of mental health and
psychological state. The accuracy of Grigorii Grabovoi's perception of objectively occurring events
without any distortions is proven.
Tatyana Borisovna Dmitrieva, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Serbsky
State Research Center for Social and Forensic Psychiatry, academician of the Russian Academy of
Medical Sciences, Leading Specialist-Psychiatrist of the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian
Federation, the Minister of Public Health of the Russian Federation (1996-1998) concluded that
Grigorii Grabovoi had normal mental health and normal psychological state, and told about it that in

the study of provided writings we state the following: the texts contain scientific terms from different
fields of science, which are skillfully and easily used for a simple explanation of complicated notions
for the readers who are not familiar with these fields of science, which indicates high intellectual
abilities of the author. Grigorii Grabovoi tries to convey information neutrally so as not to violate the
freedom of an individual to perceive information. His thinking is consistent. He does not express
delusional ideas. He has no tendency to fantasize, which indicates his normal mental health and
normal psychological state. Grigorii Grabovoi has no deceptions of perception since all of his
forecasts are 100% accurate. The findings the expert commission made an unequivocal conclusion
about the normal mental health and normal psychological state of Grigorii Grabovoi.
Evaluation of research results and justification.
All the aforesaid allows making an unequivocal conclusion about the absence of signs, i.e. any
symptoms and syndromes, of mental disorder in Grigorii Grabovoi. This testifies to the fact that

The above quote proves that the author has no concept of the uniqueness of his personality. The
author writes in his work that there will be no end of the world because people themselves create
eternity through the principles, methods, and technologies of creating eternity. This fully proves that
Grigorii Grabovoi always has normal mental health and a normal psychological state.
"Doomsday" on December 21, 2012, the book with the title containing the statement that there will
be no doomsday, helped to remove fears, social tension and thereby helped to reduce legal offenses.
